  • Guest：Good location - halfway between Dongmen Pedestrian street shopping area (Laojie metro station) and KK Mall (Grand Theatre metro station), about 10 minutes walk to either location. Daily housekeeping is provided but with minimal cleaning - includes throwing out rubbish, replacing dirty bath towels, and providing bottled water. The floor is vaguely mopped but not daily and only along the main walking area. They do not clean the beds, furniture or table tops. They threw away some of our personal belongings that we left on the table, although it was not rubbish. Cleaning lady is nice person though. Place is not clean - on arrival, we found black spots, hair, and blood/red stains on the bedlinen (we had to request for the bedlinen to be changed), a lot of hair in the shower unit, one room smelled of smoke (we specifically booked non-smoking rooms), and there were mosquitos flying around. The check-in area ("front desk") is on 20th floor (we had to ask the security guard on ground floor). The only good thing is they have a laundry machine and drying rack, however, the plumbing is not setup properly and water leaks out when we used the machine. The TV is broken, it works but there are some jagged lines in the middle so cannot view the entire picture. Wifi is free but only works for China websites and apps.

  • Guest：出发前一天定了欧式套房，到达后却説套房在装修。感觉是被骗了。给了两间双人房，装修陈旧，天花还有很大发霉痕迹。本想三姐妹联床夜话也要取消了。度假的心情也被影响了。
