Excellent hotel, cozy environment, nice staff, beautiful mt.Fuji

The hotel in Kawaguchiko with the best view of Mt Fuji right out of every room's window (see uploaded pic of Mt Fujy sunrise taken from the room). Booking was know to be gone in a wind once available. By luck, after checking Trip.com almost on a daily basis, I was able to book the room 12 months in advance, thus eliminating the need to constantly check! Hotel looks a bit old but clean. Service was friendly and top-notched. Dinner was exceptional. We stayed 2 nights and was glad that dinner menu for both nights were different. But again, location location location. Nothing beats Shukaku Kogetsu!

Great view. Flawless room. Japanese service. Good food. Nice weather(which is important). Nothing to complain about. The private hot spring is also super worth it, highly recommended.

酒店位置十分优越， 每间房均能望到漂亮的富士山全境。 特别推荐在河口湖自驾游的朋友， 车位充足，而且距离大石公园， 只有3分钟车程。

秀峯阁几近完美！ 完美的位置，完美的温泉，完美的装修，完美的服务！已经安利给很多朋友了，希望大家都能在此度过美好时光！

设施非常完善，服务员服务态度很好，非常热心帮忙。一泊两食，早餐是自助餐，质素不错，晚餐在房间享用，能够照顾到我们一家大小的需要，令亦有设儿童餐，小朋友也吃得很开心。

首先房间景色绝美，周边没有其他酒店可以比拟。位置的话也不算非常偏僻，门前有公交车站，距离最近的便利店步行12分钟左右。不满意的地方是：1. 入住当天房间里很多小虫子，吃饭时不停从顶灯往下掉，告知工作人员後只给我们一瓶杀虫剂让我们自己解决；2. 餐食不能算是好吃，其中一晚的蒸鱼腥到没办法咀嚼，和工作人员反应後，料理负责人来跟我説“和厨房确认了鱼没有问题”，然後就结束了；3. 旺季价格虚高，携程也默许黄牛行为。

这家酒店位置相当不错，正面向富士山，有happy hour free drink及foot bath, 可以一边享受一边看美景，能预订最好尽早订好。前台服务人员态度友善有礼，入住和退房过程顺畅，感觉很贴心。房间乾净整洁，设施齐全。以这个价位来说，性价比相当高，是一泊两食的好选择，晚餐十分丰盛，下次来这里还会考虑再入住。停车位是免费的，服务人员十分有善，很热心。
