The hotel is in a great location, excellent breakfast and everything was great, and it was very clean. The front desk was always available and ready to accommodate. I rated the facilities as 4 and not 5 because the room was extremely small. We had one suitcase and two carry-ons. We are not big people: male 6'2 - 200 lbs. and female 5'7 - 145 lbs. When it rained outside and I had to open one umbrella to dry, there was no space to even move within the room, literally. The shower cabin was so small, each one of us had to enter it sideways and couldn't bend inside. It was inconvenient but not too bad, as we only spent a couple of days in Venice. In general, if you are our body size or smaller and willing to be in a small space, we recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel in a quiet location and within close proximity to all attractions. Rooms look better in real life than in photos. We had a junior suite room (2 adults & 2 children). Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, plenty to choose from. We would def recommend this hotel to all tourists coming to Venice. We loved our stay at this hotel.

L'hotel è ubicato in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione, perfetto anche per le zone piu turistiche sia che le si voglia raggiungere a piedi sia col vaporetto a pochi metri.
Come struttura un po misera per un 4 stelle, anche la colazione buona, ma poca varietà. La camera nella media, il bagno con la doccia con tendina di plastica terribile. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

not a far walk to train station about 5 to 10 mins depending if you are with luggage. And up and down the stairs of the bridge. you can also take waterboat which is just 2min walk. Great hotel, friendly staff. Though room a bit small and dark but good for 1 pax. Happy with the choice made.

Замечательный номер. Удивительно новый классный ремонт в красивом старом здании
Персонал - очень душевный и радушный, всегда готовы помочь.
Расположение отличное - в хорошем не шумном месте с отсутствием толп, при этом рядом остановка вапрарето. От жд вокзала до отеля пешком порядка 10 мин, что быстро и не утомительно.
