From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is ideally situated with lovely sea views, and the cleanliness throughout was absolutely spotless. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and very good value for money. Our room was comfortable and well cared for, and the whole place had a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere with great attention to detail. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a faultless stay.

Great location, parking eas a squeeze bit we managed to park both days.
The room was lovely with a spacious bathroom, had aircon whoch was a treat for uk rooms but it was very noisy even on low. The bed was on the small size which meant my 6 ft 2 husband found it uncomfortable especially given that it was hot during our stay.
The blackout window blind was helpful, but could have done with being a few millimeters wider to prevent the bright morning light from shining in.
We didn't eat at the hotel but the menu looked great and we saw others eating as we entered and exited. We did have a few drinks (our non-alcoholic drink was more expensive than an alcoholic drink) which were on the expensive side, but again to be expected when you are in a hotel.
All in all we would stay again if there was a room with a bigger bed.

The hotel is in a great location on the cliffs above the sea front. Everything was very clean and staff friendly and polite. We particularly liked the outside terrace area at the front of the hotel. We arrived by train and it is about a 15 minute walk from the station. Didn't eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food.
Would certainly stay here again if we are ever in Southend on Sea.

Great hotel with a nice sea viewing balcony, accompanied by a train station 5 mins away from the hotel where you could take a railway train there and witness this beautiful coastal city.

They decorate the room for us. The room was so nice with the sea view. Staff was also cool... Thank you so much housekeeping and frontdesk team as well.... Keep going ????????

There is a clothes left in the room from previous person staying in the room. It is few hundred meter from city centre.
