He went above and beyond to help me organise a series of surprises for my fiancée's birthday, treating every detail with the kind of care you'd expect from a close friend rather than a hotel staff member. His warmth, attentiveness and genuine desire to make the celebration unforgettable made all the difference. The spa was another highlight. Laura was incredible, and our massage was easily one of the best we've ever had. The spa itself completely blew us away. It's a sanctuary in every sense of the word. What sets Il Salviatino apart is the consistent feeling that the staff genuinely cannot do enough for you. Every interaction, every gesture, every small touch added up to something extraordinary. The history of the place is palpable, but it's the quality of its people that makes it unforgettable.
