Commendation for Excellent Service ?I had a fantastic experience at Riverstone Lodge and want to extend a huge thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so welcome. As a vegan, I am used to being an afterthought—usually receiving snarky comments or a plate of leaves while everyone else eats a full meal. I typically pack my own food just in case, but at Riverstone, I didn’t need to make a single backup plan. ?A special word of gratitude to James and both Sunnyboys. They went above and beyond to ensure my meals were not only vegan but tasty, well-balanced, and truly nutritious. It was such a treat to be well-fed and cared for. ?Beyond the dining, my room was clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. It was a great all-around experience. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to the whole team!

The staff are very professional and helpful. We stayed 4 Nights and every morning a decent buffet breakfast waited for us. The ladies who cleans the room made sure we had daily fresh towels and they clean the rooms properly. The mattress also sleeps comfortable.

The rooms was perfect but the service at breakfast was not great. We got to the buffet and everything was almost finished the waiters were slow to refill the food. I asked one guy to bring me avocado and water to our table which never came.

We stayed at Riverstone Lodge because we had a wedding to attend down the road. The room was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

There was constructoin going on, on the property. All door lock after hours so you cant leave the premises when you want to.

We recently conducted a three day training at Riverstone Lodge and were in contact with the staff from early in the morning until the very last day. Everything was absolutely outstanding. Our main point of contact was Khethiwe, whose professionalism, attention to detail and warm attitude made all the difference. She patiently accommodated every change and adjustment and handled even unexpected challenges with remarkable efficiency. We also want to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed, from the kitchen staff and reception team to those working behind the scenes, for making our training such a success. The support and hospitality we experienced from the entire Riverstone Lodge team were exceptional and we are extremely grateful. We look forward to the opportunity to return in the future.

The place is peaceful, it is right next to the river. it is quiet. Th staff is friendly and accommodated my small requests, like a flatter pillow (I have a short neck, lol). Overall I enjoyed
