Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è incantevole per non dire unica. Monica, la padrona di casa, è sempre molto disponibile e pronta ad accontentare ogni richiesta facendoti sentire a casa. Il personale è molto cordiale e qualificato. Le camere hanno una vista mozzafiato a picco sul mare e l’atmosfera di pace e tranquillità che si respira in questa struttura è qualcosa di straordinario. Un altro aspetto positivo da evidenziare è che la struttura offre gratuitamente ai propri ospiti lettini e ombrelloni situati sulla scogliera sotto il relais con accesso diretto al mare cristallino. Il ristorante Controvento che si trova anch’esso a picco sul mare e offre quindi una vista meravigliosa, è aperto sia a pranzo che a cena e offre ottimi piatti. Un ringraziamento speciale a Nancy, Alfonso e Giorgia e a tutto lo staff del Relais Isole del Sud !!!

My husband booked this hotel for our anniversary in October 2023. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the room was fine. When we arrived at the hotel, our room was not ready and understandably since it was only 1:00 pm. We went to the beach bar for lunch where we were greeted by the owner. At this point she told us the restaurant for dinner had closed for the season, but the beach bar would remain open. The next day after a relaxing day lounging by the water, we went up to the beach bar for lunch and we were informed that the beach bar had closed for the season. If we had been informed earlier, we would have made other arrangements for lunch. Now here we are, starving and not near any restaurants. That evening we took a taxi into town and back which cost round trip 35.00 euros. My husband had booked here because according to the website, we would have access to a restaurant for lunch and dinner. If we had been informed at the time of the booking that the restaurants were closed, that would have been fine. But to have the owner tell us on a Monday that the beach bar would remain open, then shut it down the very next day is not how you treat your guests. Needless to say, we were very disappointed, and we will not return!

Dear Madame, we are really sorry that you could not enjoy our restaurant and beach bar. Of course, we should have informed you (upon reservation) that our restaurant would not be avaiable after October 2nd. We actually hoped to serve lunch until October 10th, but due to unavailability of personnel, we were forced to change our plans. However, please note that you booked a HOTEL STAY, no lunch or dinner is included and we never propose full board nor double board. As to the taxi costs, if you asked our reception we would have certainly helped you or driven you to the town center. In addition, car rentals are also available at fair costs. We are therefore very glad that you enjoyed and liked our hotel as well as all related facilities, and are really sorry that you were disappointed by the fact that the Restaurant was closed. Its a hotel with a nice and tranquil location, A short ride come the city centre. Nice cliffs to bathe from. If you are a guest of the hotel you have a reserved area at the cliffs with sun beds included in the rate. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the sea serves lovely food for both lunches and dinners.
