Guest：地理位置優越，酒店雖然有點老，但是整體乾凈衞生。早餐也不錯。亮點是酒店有穿梭巴士前往waterfront。
Guest：Quite frankly it didn't start off well when booking this hotel which we opted to do directly as opposed to using 3rd party sites. Get proper comprehensive answers from the reservations person was worse than pulling teeth! for a moment i wondered if language was the problem.....anywhooo we jumped through the hoops eventually and finalized the booking. The hotel is centrally located, you can't go wrong when booking here as everything, literally everything i.e. supermarkets, malls, eateries, retail stores are all a stones throw away. If travelling for tours you can get the Hop on, hop off bus at a stop on Long Street, about 400m away....literally, everything was in close proximity and this is a very big plus. We travelled at peak season, so the hotel was pretty full most of the time, but it had a good vibe to it meeting all the nationalities that were present there. The rooms are quite spacious as shown in their photos....abit dated but clean and decent. The views....uuuh! be sure to request for the mountain view rooms...its a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. A small downside is that the soundproofing is almost non-existent so you better be a heavy sleeper especially when the rooms above you flush their toilet or you hear the knocking on the neighbour's door. It's not a deal breaker but, something to note. Other than the one reservations person, the staff were pretty friendly and a special shout-out to Evan at front desk and Justin who was a delightful soul at the restaurant. Top-tier humans and always willing to help. They serve buffet breakfast every morning until 10.30am, quite sizeable with a good enough variety so that was good. The surrounding area was also pretty safe, and we walked around pretty much but as they say, be vigilant at all times. There was a shuttle to V&A on a daily basis, this was a welcome service that really eased our movement but be sure to note the timings, as it didn't run in the mornings on the weekdays we were there. There were other amenities at the hotel like the gym and the teeny tiny swimming pool (more like a sauna bath) which we didn't get to experience but are included in your stay. I would recommend this hotel whether travelling for business or even holiday with family and the price point was equally friendly.

Guest：Room is a little outdated. Furniture was broken. Tap in bathtub was broken/loose. Random dripping noises heard at night. Nice hotel but a little old and some work needed
