Friendly and we had everything we needed, we declined breakfast but it looked delicious. Good location, and good parking easy walk into the town

Redlands is a beautiful place to stay for a night or a week or longer. It’s not too far to walk into the beautiful town of Brixham. Steve and Mark make you feel at home. Breakfast is excellent no matter what you choose off their menu. Room was clean and beautifully furnished. Will be going back to stay there. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We are returning guests & it was a pleasure to be there again. Great hosts, a lovely, comfortable & clean room with a large bed. We also appreciate the ample parking provision & convenient location. We will back!

My partner and I stayed for 5 days and found The Redlands Guest house the perfect location for Brixham and the local area's. The breakfasts were very good and the choice was varied to suit our taste, the room was light and airy, spotless and bed very comfy. The location made it an easy 10 minute walk to the harbour and all that you find there. The owner, Stephen made our stay a very enjoyable one with some very interesting conversations about his life exploits, well worth a listen. All in all we would go back for future stays without hesitation.

Very comfortable clean bedrooms with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Off road parking. Bus stops very close. Easy walk into Brixham town/harbour.

Lovey accommodation with excellent hosts once again. Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean rooms. Superb breakfast, quality food cooked to perfection. Kind hosts willing to give recommendations on where to eat.

Clean, and beautiful decorated rooms. Nothing was too much trouble with the host Steve. Highly recommend you to book . Ideal location to harbour with a short walk

Lovely friendly hosts great food spotless bedroom, lots of really interesting conversions with Steve he's had an unbelievable life so far my wife and I will be staying with them as many times as possible this summer and in years to come, good luck to you both

Nice room with bath and shower. The owner is very friendly and give a warm welkom when arived. He served a good breakfast in the breakfastroom. It took 15 minutes to walking to the centre where is a lot of pubs and restaurants. The car can parked near de b&b.

Fantastic stay with Steve and Matt, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were lovely. Always stay here and will continue to. Steve and Matt are great hosts and always there if needed. Parking on site is an added bonus with the bus stop for number 12 to go anywhere in south Devon.
