Spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming B & B. The bedroom is cosy and had a nice drinks station which was replenished daily. The breakfast was delicious and served by friendly staff. I would recommend this place and happily return.

The room (number 2) was immaculate! We loved having breakfast in the room, and the bathroom and bedroom was incredible! We both slept like babies....the bed was so comfy the best hotel bed ever!

Lovely spacious room, great breakfast and location - can easily walk into both Windermere and Bowness. Very friendly staff.
