We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately this was our first and definitely our last stay. The major issue was housekeeping. One day our room was not cleaned in the evening, even though this hotel claims to offer twice-daily cleaning. At first, nobody even apologized. Only after we insisted did they come to the room. The staff did not really listen, and the supervisor pretended not to understand the issue until we explained several times. In the end, cleaning was done poorly. Most of the housekeeping staff do not speak French and barely speak English, and their attitude was not professional. Another big disappointment was that for a five-star hotel charging around €1200 per night, even basic water was not included. At check-in, we were told that water was chargeable. Later we found out that only two small 0.3L bottles are provided once per day, and any additional bottle costs €12. This is shocking for a hotel of this level. We constantly had to ask for water and were charged for extra bottles, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. The hotel itself is also very outdated. It feels like it was last renovated around 2010–2012. The furniture, spa, restaurant, doors — everything looks old. There was even a slight sewage smell in the room. If this were 2012, I would have been impressed. But in 2026, this is simply not acceptable for a five-star hotel. The spa staff was friendly, but the spa itself is also very old and clearly not renovated for many years. The reception, however, was one of the weakest points — they were cold, indifferent and not client-oriented at all. Now the positives. The concierge service was very good. The hotel offers complimentary taxis around Courchevel, which is a big advantage since taxis there are expensive. We were picked up and dropped off quickly and efficiently. The restaurant and bar service were good, the food was very tasty, and drinks were decent. The hotel offers half board (breakfast and dinner included), which was convenient, although even at breakfast some items and water were still charged extra. The ski facilities are also a strong point. There is a ski rental inside the hotel, and you can ski directly in and out — this is very convenient. The location in general is good for skiing. The staff in these areas was friendly and helpful. The hotel is very oriented toward Russian guests — menus in Russian and some Russian-speaking staff. For Russian-speaking guests this may be comfortable, and perhaps this is why the hotel still attracts visitors. Overall, while the location, restaurant, concierge and ski access are good, the outdated condition, poor reception service, expensive basic amenities like water, and especially the theft issue make this hotel absolutely not worth the price. For Courchevel, if you want a real five-star experience, you should expect to pay much more than €1200 per night — but this hotel does not meet even that level.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au Lana. Notre chambre était très propre et très fonctionnelle. Le Spa est grandiose. Le service était excellent.

Was a fantastic experience.I specially wanted to write this review for thanking Elsa Capalli who is responsible for reservations.She is fantastic, managed every single problem caused by our mandatory program changes.Thank you Elsa And, restaurant is great, but would be even better if they could have/ serve more international options in full pansion menu.Tea time is tricky as you need to pay your tea during complimentary “tea time”??Thanks to ski room team, they are also great…

Luxury and convenience in one place. Excellent accommodations, breakfast and location. (Have not tried lunch or dinner here). Staff, including ski shop, are knowledgable and helpful. Concierge service is mostly (but not always) helpful. Spa, pool, fitness are flawless. Have stayed here two years in a row and plan to return again.

Un accueil très chaleureux dans un superbe cadre. Le personnel est très professionnel et attentionné. Le SPA est magnifique et la chambre très confortable avec vue sur le village de Courchevel
