Struttura eccellente, in ottima posizione difronte al porto e all’inizio della zona pedonale di Lipari. Silenziosa e pulitissima. Tutto il personale è stato splendido, accogliente ed attento alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Il residence è un'oasi ne cuore dell'isola!!! Piscina : superlativa per riprenderti dal viaggio e dalla giornata ( il mare stressa) voto 10 , colazione al fresco del patio voto 10, suite con angolo cottura, pulizia materasso confortevole voto 10 .quiete e riposo voto 10 ,privacy del giardino silenzioso oncantevole profumo di fiori!!!! Sei fuori da tutto e anche con 40 gradi fuori , sei al fresco e all'ombra di banani e sterlizie gigantesche !!. Posizione strategica vicino al porto vicino al centro vicino a tutto !! Voto 111 !ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIO Paolo Modena

An excellent well maintained property. Friendly staff. Very convenient location - short walk to town and hydrofoil terminal.

Struttura a due passi dal mare e vicina al centro e all’imbarco aliscafi e traghetti dotata di un grande giardino perfettamente curato. Le camere sono spaziose ed il letto è molto comodo. Dovendo per forza trovare uno spunto per migliorare, le stanze presentano un po’ di segni del tempo (ma sono in ogni caso molto confortevoli). Ottima la colazione e gentile e premuroso tutto il personale. Ritornerò sicuramente!

La situation est parfaite à 5 min à pied des bateaux de ligne et à 10 min du centre de Lipari. La résidence est calme et le jardin magnifique. L'appartement était grand. La literie impeccable et chouette d'avoir une petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Bon petit déj avec fruits, tartes, oeufs, charcuterie... L'accueil fut un peu "froid" mais après la personne à la réception nous a donné les infos quand nous en avions besoin.

This hotel was the perfect location for our short, but so enjoyable visit to Lipari. It was a short walk to the Main Street and waterfront. The breakfast was perfect and we had an excellent room. Add to this the very attentive staff. We loved it.

A little green oasis just off the coast road in Lipari town. Pretty gardens around a curved shallow splash pool. Self catering studios available with kitchenettes. No BBQs. Our spacious ground floor terrace studio was steps from the pool & the breakfast / bar area. Staff worked hard to keep everywhere well maintained & clean. Would recommend if coming to Lipari.
