The rooms of the Coppersmith Hotel are showing their age. In our case there was no usable bed side light. One had broken off its wall fitting and the other was facing downwards and couldn't be directed. Neither the television or the foxtel connection were functioning and the airconditioning was noisy and totally ineffective. Fortunately the window could be opened even though the catch was broken. It wouldn't take much to rectify these problems and it is a shame that the management doesn't see that it is necessary to take action. All in all, a bit disappointing.

Good location, clean, quiet and the staff are lovely but the room looks and feels a bit tired and worn out. For the price I paid, I think I would find better value closer the city.

Rooms are very well kept, staff are so nice and accommodating. Views from the top bar were amazing. Short walk from nearest tram stop as well. We’ll be back

Nice place, was great being near to albert park and msac with dinning easily available. Nice food too. Great views

Manager welcomed us was friendly helpful and demonstrated excellent customer service. The accommodation was delightful. The restaurant very impressive. Thanks for a great stay. We will return and highly recommend. Bruce.

We have stayed at this location a couple of times now. And both times very pleased with the room, staff, ambience of venue 10/10.
