Service was very average, AC was way too hot, water temperature in shower impossible to control, handheld shower didn't work, only response on check out was "Ok", no apology. Old hairdryer that barely worked, no hair conditioner.
For the price paid its just not good enough to return with many better options available, very disappointing
1. The room reservation clearly specified a double bed. However, the staff informed us that the hotel was fully booked and provided a twin bed instead, explaining that the bed type was only a request and not a guaranteed reservation.
2. Around 8:00 PM, the hot water stopped working, leaving only very cold water while showering.
3. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator, and no staff offered assistance with our luggage.
4. The air conditioner was very noisy.
It was a pleasant experience staying at belle villa resort. We liked the garden and the pool. It's in the good location that w can go visit the cafes in Khao Yai easily.
