Room was outstanding gorgeous hotel staff were brilliant so kind and helpful food was spot on would highly recommend to anyone would be staying there again in the future

Very nice hotel Staff lovely and friendly and helpful. The only comment I have is when I checked in I was not informed about where the facilities where or when they where open. The time breakfast was starting or finishing. It was probably an oversight. But overall a very nice stay and I will be back.

Check your receipts! We were over charged for room service. The service in the bar was horrendous.

Hotel so comfortable and warm. Lovely decor and rooms so stylish and very user friendly. Food tasty and service efficient.

Comfortable stay. Great staff with excellent breakfast options and service. Leisure centre and pool facilities were excellent and staff polite and friendly. Only downside the room was not ready untill 1630 which shortened our stay.

Die Lage ist super - zu Fuss konnten wir die Stadt innert wenigen Minuten erreichen. Parkpl?tze gab es genügend und man konnte auch gut hinfahren. Die Atmosph?re im Restaurant war sehr gemütlich ?irish“. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Really nice hotel about 20 minutes walk from the town centre of Kilkenny. Well fitted room and nice bathroom. Clean throughout. Fabulous leisure facilities. Restaurant gets busy and food ok. Really pleased with this find on our Ireland road trip.

Très belle expérience au sein de cet h?tel situé à proximité des lieux d'intérêt de la ville. On peut tout faire à pieds. Le cadre est joli et un grand parking est disponible sur place. L'h?tel est propre et dispose d'un espace piscine et spa, ce qui est plaisant après une bonne journée de marche. Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres ! Je recommande !
