Booking with Cap Maison was easy and Jeanell + concierge were so helpful! It’s a gorgeous location on the North side of the island with beautiful beach and cliff-side restaurants. Caribbean Sea views from everywhere. We enjoyed room service for breakfast in our unbelievable villa with rooftop terrace and private pool. It was quiet and peaceful! Every person working at Cap Maison was kind, the service was impeccable and we were left with the best experience we could have asked for. We enjoyed fishing with Captain BeBe and his first mate Mr. Franklin (Deep Sea Anglers). They were wonderful and hardworking. We loved our couples massage at the spa, too. We highly recommend the private wine pairing dinner in the wine cellar - Mr. Robbie was our sommelier - we even had our wedding cocktail hour playlist playing all night. It was perfect. The friday night street party was so much fun! Ask for Mr Charlie for transportation. He means business. We are so grateful we chose Cap Maison and had the best honeymoon!!!

Beautiful property and amazing staff. They made our stay incredibly special and my daughter enjoyed her birthday more than we expected. The Location is perfect and our villa was spacious and fully equipped. Ross, Tricia, Alison, Kenisha, Keisha, Kevin, Sremma and everyone we encountered were kind and took great care of our needs. We really appreciated the breakfast team during our stay. They made sure our daughter was comfortable and remembered our preferences each time we went to the restaurant. If you are going to St. Lucia and looking from a home away from home where you can relax, enjoy some adventure and even explore sometimes, Cap Maison should be your choice! Oh and the food was amazing with flavor and cooked with love. Definitely worth it.

Spent 9 nights at Cap Manson for our honeymoon! We absolutely loved every minute of it. We did a ton of research and ultimately knew we didn’t want to do a big all inclusive chain. Food was super important to us and Cap’s two restaurants did not disappoint! Every meal was 10/10. My husband has a gluten allergy and they always went out of their way to bring GF bread to our table at every meal. We didn’t do the meal plans and the dinners in particular were a pretty penny so just be prepared to spend $$. The beach and pool were wonderful. Both are very calm and relaxing. If you want DJs and entertainment during the day, this hotel isn’t for you (we wanted a relaxing vibe for our honeymoon so that was perfect). Would say the guests were predominantly couples of all ages and some families. The only cons were the distance from the airport and the bugs. I got eaten alive at dinner one night. The hotel puts bug spray in the bathroom - we definitely used it for the rest of the trip. The staff was lovely - would absolutely recommend!

Our stay at Cap Maison may have ruined all future vacations for us. My wife and I had such an amazing 5 night stay and loved everything about this resort. Before we even left I was already looking into returning next year. The resort and the staff are truly incredible. Location: On the northern part of the island, but very private and offered great view of Martinique. Beautiful sunsets with a quiet beach that offered warm Caribbean water and gentle waves. A ride into Gros Islet (Friday street party with dinner at Dukes highly recommended), or Rodney bay is a short trip. Transportation: We booked all transportation before our arrival with the help of the concierge. We took the helicopter to the resort which was quick, easy and offered beautiful views. After landing around 3pm this still allowed for us to spend some time at the pool, which wasn’t the case with other guests we spoke to who took cars. We chose the boat for our return trip which wasn’t nearly as fast, but very fun and offered beautiful views. Resort: The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. I was very impressed by the room, the pool, the restaurant, and the beach. There was honestly nothing I would change and the resort never felt overcrowded. By the end we knew many of the other guests by name. Staff: This is where the resort really shines. I have never stayed somewhere with such genuinely helpful, friendly, caring and polite staff. It was an odd transition back to the US when we landed at home where not everyone was greeting me with a hello and a smile! There are honestly too many great staff to remember everyone, but just to name a few Stacey, Allison, Dahlia, Deanna and Bob (down at the beach!) were a few of the stand outs. In addition to the other notes my wife was pregnant and also has a Gluten Allergy. The staff was great handling both, offering mocktail options and gluten free bread. They were very knowledgeable about which items on the menu would be made gluten free. Food and drinks were also excellent and I enjoyed everything I had. This is the first resort I have stayed at where I would be happy with the all inclusive option. In summary, you will not regret booking this resort. Thank you for an amazing trip from PM and JL in room 26 and hopefully we will see you again soon!

I traveled to Cap Maison in November 2025. Out of all the places we stayed in our Lesser Antilles trip, Cap Maison was by far the biggest disappointment. The hotel markets itself as being 5 star and I do not think it hits that marker. The pool is small, the rooms are dated, and the service is poor. Some examples: We wanted to book excursions through the hotel and while they had a brochure, they really couldn’t tell us anything about the excursions or provide any input. We ended up booking activities we wouldn’t normally go on. My husband reached out prior to the trip to let them know we would be visiting during my birthday. He asked for them to have champagne / wine in the room when we arrived. They did not. The main restaurant on the property was the worst place we ate ant all trip. It took over an hour to get our breakfast every day, the staff didn’t seem to know what was going on (my coffee was given to another table or forgotten every morning), and the food was subpar. We loved the island but we were very disappointed by what was supposed to be a “5 star experience”.

Cap Maison is a gem, the overall care and consideration to detail seems to emanate from the heart of the entire team. I returned to Cap Maison after years away, this time with my mother, aunt and cousin to celebrate Mom's 75th birthday. My return to the resort did not disappoint and my family loved every moment too. Cap Maison has attained what most resorts could only hope to achieve, total luxury, with a down to earth confident and friendly vibe. The overall tone of Cap Maison is calm and tranquil (don't come here if you want to party hard or a swim up bar...) but it is also fun with lots of beach activities and excursions should you choose. The team is professional but very fun loving and approachable. The tastefully designed rooms and suites are bright and clean, filled with all the amenities you need and some you didn't think you needed! Both restaurants are fabulous and cater to different moods, perfect if you are staying on longer or part of the optional 'Cap-it' all inclusive package, which we found to be excellent value and a consistently generous offering (we never felt in lack of, or wanting more of anything). If you do wish to head into nearby Rodney Bay for a meal or shopping it's just a 10-15 min car ride. The journey to Cap Maison is well worth it, if you want arrive in efficient style and comfort you can book either the helicopter or the luxury car transfer on offer, but any cab company will get you there and you'll experience some of the island out your car window too! Remember to be patient as there can be traffic at certain times, it is a small island with small roads, plan for a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from the international airport. Prepare to feel totally at home on arrival and pampered throughout. My stay has now twice left me with a feeling of gratitude and I cannot wait to return a third time. A truly beautifully curated experience all around. Bravo Cap Maison!

Just returned from another blissful 2 weeks of total relaxation. The renovations in the rooms/villas look beautiful. A lovely day bed on the pool terrace is so comfortable the perfect place to watch the sunset. Love the new bathrooms. The staff were as always a credit to Cap Maison. It would be unfair to name any as they all are just the best. There were staff who we’ve known for years and new staff who were soon treating us like old friends. It was lovely to see the beach running like clockwork. Always checking if we needed water or most importantly cocktails! As usual Sharleens running of TNF was just perfection (love the new sun/rain protection) and food at The Cliff and TNF was as always delicious. 2 weeks just flew by.

Best hotel stay of my life and I have traveled to boutique hotels all over the country. I also am a nurse and do not like to feel “waited” on or that people are “serving” me. Staff cared about you and were attentive but it never felt forced or objectified - I can’t really put it into words. The staff cared about their work and they seemed genuinely to appreciate what they were doing. The hotel and grounds were insanely beautiful. My husband owns a landscape company so he has high standards when it comes to grounds and they were just gorgeous. Many tiny nooks and corners to relax. We purchased the Cap It All Inclusive and had the best meals!!! We loved eating on the beach at the Naked Fisherman - or the views from the Cap. We also stayed at Hotel Chocolate during our stay - If you are planning to come to Saint Lucia (this was our first time) def stay here if you can afford it and are looking at the other top resorts.
