  • Guest：There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The front desk staff said that the housekeeping only changes the bed sheets daily and does not clean anything else. The service standard is poor, and hygiene is unsatisfactory. The only advantage is the good location, as it’s close to Queenstown city center.

The shower curtain so cheap common if you charge your guests a top dollars you can afford a decent shower curtain it New Zealand not a 3rd world country. All the Wi-fi so terrible even basic email take time to download also what is deposit for if you don't have any minibar in the room? I think all those can improve a good management I had pizz one night taste good anyway this Queenstown accommodation always in short that way they don't care still a good place to crush a big hot two.
