Guest：Vom Parkplatz zur Reception sind es ein paar Stufen. Man hat uns zugeschaut, wie wir unsere vier Gep?ckstücke schleppten, geholfen hat uns niemand. Wir haben die Victoria Suite gebucht. Es scheint, dass diese Suite lange nicht mehr benutzt wurde. Abgestandene Luft und tote Viecher haben uns erwartet (siehe Bild). Der Tresor war auch nicht zu verwenden, da bei der Ankunft geschlossen. Wir mussten warten, bis uns ein zus?tzlicher offener Tresor in der Suite montiert wurde. Zudem erwarten wir, dass bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel eine Ersatzrolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden ist, war hier nicht der Fall. Und wenn Sie zum Frühstück einen feinen Kaffee trinken m?chten, so erwartet sie nur einfachen Filterkaffee. Auch beim Frühstück, kein 4 Sterne Erlebnis.: 2026-01-01

Guest：Dans le cadre d'un circuit personnalisé organisé par Climats du monde, cette pause d'un jour dans cet h?tel était la plus décevante. La chambre grande et bien aménagée n'a pas compensé les points négatifs majeurs. Le tour de la piscine pratiqué vers 17 h n'était pas net ( fientes de pigeons sur les chaises longues et aux abords de la piscine...), l'arrière du lavabo était noir de saletés (je l'ai constaté en cherchant un objet qui a roulé), les joints avaient besoin d'être revus) . Enfin le diner et le petit déjeuner n'était du niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Pour illustrer: le pain et les croissants étaient industriels et sortis de sachets d'emballage plastiques...et c'était pour tout pareil.: 2023-02-01
