The room was spotless, bed & pillows were comfortable. We arrived at night and were surprised at that great view in the morning! My teenagers appreciated the list of channels and the good wi-fi connection. We all recommend ++

BAD SERVICE The hotel has very nice rooms and the staff is excellent. The breakfast at The Galley was terrible. The service was terrible and so was the food. The waitress and staff were were slow and the waitress was confused when I told her my order. Also, I tried to order the quiche over hash browns and the waitress yelled back to the cook about it and he said it was still in the oven....umm the place opens at 7 a.m., that's when the quiche should be ready, I was there at 7:45. They could have cared less about that and anything else . I was not impressed at all and I never post reviews about places I eat at but this was really bad

Staff for general ok, but the people from the restaurant were terrible. All of them! The room was ok, nothing special, not too clean tho. I found a lot of hair stuck in to the drain and when I asked for some cleaning, that was not clean again. The view from the room was stunning tho.

Very happy with our stay. One evening we had a poor experience at the Galley likely due to understaffing but we were virtually ignored for 45 minutes after receiving our food

Everyone was very nice. Especially the person that took care of us at the restaurant she was very attentive. The mattress werent good

The view of the lake was excellent. Long walk from the car to the far side for the King size room, but room was great and view was amazing!

We had a great time in Lake George. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant wasn't great for dinner but we got coffee to go in the morning and enjoyed it by the lake which was wonderful. It's an easy walk from the hotel to shops and restaurants.

Clean, by the lake, young staff cordial. No breakfast included but walking distance to the Village of Lake George.

we enjoyed the happy hour with a glass of wine and a beer with nachos. Food was great. I would have enjoyed the wine more if it was in a glass, vs a plastic cup. Service was great and the staff was friendly.
