Clean and spacious room with a beautiful view, excellent service, loved the receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure we were fed.

The bedroom and overall lodge was very clean and tidy. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend the lodge.

2nd time staying at the hotel staff at check-in were brilliant. Room was brilliant. Food and service in restaurant was first class nothing was to much bother. Bar staff great also great service all round. Breakfast great and great service.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff helpful. We especially appreciated the staff on the morning we departed who called us a taxi and served us expresso as we waited. The restaurant meal we had was also excellent.

Room was Great, spacious, Caroline at front desk was Amazing, so Chatty and Helpful, have stayed before, and will be back again for definite.

I and 3 friends staying there in Oct, from the very start the welcome was v positive. My 3 American friends enjoyed an evening meal and all us enjoyed a drink later on. The barman / night porter was most engaging and good fun. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with great variety. The hotel is out of town and was very quiet. In fact I m returning again this week.

My thanks to Regina for the great welcome. The place really is very well run, clean, good food but its the staff make it the place it is, including the dining room staff.However will someone please update the heating instructions as the weather turns cold ? Far more info is needed, I bet Regina could do it. For eg the first line is" to ensure the circle is in the rectangle " IF its not its not clear how to make it happen !! A small but important matter ! Thanks for everything else !
