My experience with Hesperia Fira was disappointing and poorly managed from the start. The property operates on a fully self check-in model with no on-site staff which already creates challenges when issues arise.
Unfortunately, the room I booked was downgraded without any prior notice, and I only discovered this after entering the unit. The condition of the room was much older than what is shown in the photos on both the booking platform and the official website. While it is clear that the photo of rooms are old, the actual condition was even more worn than expected, which felt misleading. To address the issue, I had to return to the lobby, use the phone at self check-in machine to call customer service. I was placed on hold for a long time, with no immediate assistance.
A self check-in model only works if communication is proactive and support is responsive. In this case, there was no advance notice of the downgrade, no human presence on-site, misleading room representation, and an inefficient resolution process that placed the inconvenience entirely on the guest.
Overall, the lack of transparency, outdated room condition, and poor support experience make this a stay I would not recommend.

房間窗戶有持續的異常響動， 調換之后好了， 不過整個樓還是有機器噪音，送的水有雜質。

公寓在地鐵旁（總站），非常方便，出行用有座位，旁邊是凱悅酒店，位置很好，樓下有大型超市，購物很方便，房間很舒服，非常推薦。

Хороший отель недалеко от аэропорта, есть русскоязычный персонал. Провели ночь перед полетом, чисто, уютно. Рядом магазин Меркадона. Советую.

チェックインがセルフになっておりフロントに誰も居なかったので、最初は場所が見つからず焦りました。しかし近くのホテルスタッフの方にチェックイン手伝ってもらい、無事に入室できました。部屋はかなり広く、リビングとベッドルームが分かれていたので本當の家のような使い心地でした。電子レンジもあったのでスーパーで買ってきた食材を溫められます。IHコンロもありましたが使い方がよく分かりませんでした。観光地からは少し離れていますが、空港には近いので帰りの際は時間に余裕をもつことができました。
朝は無料でドリンクとパンのサービスがあったので少し食費を浮かせることが出來ます。

Como siempre! Espectacular. Los apartamentos son increíbles, cómodos, tranquilos y grandes. Suelo ir ahí porque es el sitio que mas me gusta.

由于航班延誤2點多才到的酒店，前臺人員服務跟親切，辦理入住十分順利。
公寓型酒店，有微波爐和餐具，值得入住體驗。

Location is pretty far, yet metro goes close. Hard to find exact building cuz chekin is on the other building. Even tho is the same hotel line for the pool you have to pay extra. Furniture quite old, but spacy rooms. Love how hotels says its smart tv when it isnt. In general it wasnt bad but nothing special. Free coffe from machine quite nice.
