Wir hatten das Vergnügen Ende September 9 N?chte im Fanes verbringen zu dürfen. Das Haus ist nicht sehr gross, das Wohlfühlgefühl stellt sich bereits beim Empfang ein. Es herrscht eine angenehme, famili?re Atmosph?re. Simon, der Besitzer, seine Mutter Emma, aber auch das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und engagiert. Die Menschen identifizieren sich mit ihrem Hotel und ihrer Arbeit. Das zieht sich durch das ganze Haus und wir als G?ste spüren dies. Man ist hier als Gast willkommen. Dem sage ich Wellness, alles andere ist Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unser Garden Room war recht gross, zweckm?ssig, sauber und sehr ruhig. Das gilt für alle R?ume, vom wundersch?nen Innenpool mit herrlicher Aussicht bis hin ins Restaurant. Die Bedienung war kompetent, aufgestellt, effizient und sehr angenehm. Ein grosses Kompliment geh?rt auch der Küche. Das Angebot war hervorragend, sensationell gekocht und wundersch?n pr?sentiert. Die Karte ist sehr abwechslungsreich, sowohl am Morgen, als auch am Abend. Als es uns zwei Tage lang gesundheitlich nicht optimal ging, war das gesamte Team sehr flexibel und offen für all unsere Extrawünsche. Herzlichen Dank. Es war unser erster Besuch in den Dolomiten und wir sind sehr froh und dankbar das wir dieses unvergessliche Erlebnis im Fanes machen durften. Wir werden diesen Ort w?rmstens weiter empfehlen. Esperienza fantastica come le dolomiti. L hotel si rinnova sempre con qualche novità abbiamo apprezzato la nuova piscina e la sempre disponibilità dei proprietari,ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Menzione speciale anche allo chef Guido per i suoi piatti eleganti,ricercati e preparati con cura e fantasia . CONSIGLIATISSIMO.. alla prossima

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait grace à l'accueil chaleureux et professionnel de toute l'équipe du Fanes et aux prestations de qualité de cet établissement (chambres, piscine indoor, solarium, spa, ...). Ayant choisi le 3/4 pension, nous avons également pu apprécier l'excellente cuisine (gastronomique). Un vrai bonheur d'avoir séjourné quelques jours dans cet hotel familial. Notre seul regret, ne pas parler italien (ou ladin ;-)) pour mieux le partager avec l'équipe. Plus qu'à recommander.

Sono diversi anni che passiamo le vacanze al Fanes e non per caso. Dobbiamo ringraziare tutti per la qualità del trattamento ricevuto. Dal capo supremo sulle cui spalle poggia la struttura e il peso non deve essere indifferente, alla signora mamma Emma che con la sua grazia e simpatia ti fa sentire a casa, Marius il capo cameriere a cui non sfugge nulla per non parlare di Guido il cuoco che con la sua effimera arte, effimera perché la bellezza dei suoi piatti e le esperienze del gusto e dell'olfatto sono necessariamente fugaci, lascia comunque un ricordo di bellezza e bontà che ti riconciliano con l'universo, una cucina che come la poesia è ineffabile racconta l'inspiegabile. Ma grazie anche a chi fa le pulizie, lava stira, riordina, persone meno note ma non meno importanti. Quest'anno abbiamo trovato la novità della piscina coperta: una realizzazione magistrale, bella, funzionale con due pareti completamente a vetri per cui si ammira un paesaggio favoloso; grazie anche per questa realizzazione e per aver messo a nostra disposizione le risorse necessarie alla realizzazione. che vista la qualità non penso sia cosa minima. Non sono socio del Fanes e non ho legami di parentela con nessuna delle persone siano esse proprietari o dipendenti che lì lavorano e quanto ho descritto nasce dal cuore perché questo albergo ci ha donato pause dal lavoro degne di essere vissute in una parola ancora: GRAZIE.

Siamo stati una settimana dalla fine di Luglio ai primi di agosto. Esperienza fantastica. L’hotel è bellissimo, pieno di scorci panoramici apprezzabili sia dalla camera che dalla sala colazione/cena, che dal giardino. La nostra camera era ampia e molto curata. Tutti gli spazi comuni sono puliti, curatissimi e profumati di legno, la cucina era ottima con buona scelta ogni giorno. Garage comodo e ordinato con posto auto riservato alla camera. Ma quello che fa la differenza sono le persone: dalla mitica signora Emma che ti accoglie ogni giorno con i suoi occhi color del cielo, il sorriso e la battuta, a Simon sempre disponibile a consigliare un itinerario sulle splendide Dolomiti, al personale di sala: Marius, Cristian, Paolo sempre pronti con un sorriso e un grazie ad accontentare gli ospiti. Anche il personale delle pulizie molto cortese e professionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche gli spazi wellness. Bellissima la piscina con le sue vetrate e la vista sul Sassolungo. Siamo stati così bene che il primo pensiero appena finita la vacanza, già a 200 mt dall’albergo, è stato: torneremo appena possibile. Non essendo sciatori, al prossimo luglio!! Grazie allo staff dell’Hotel Fanes per la perfetta accoglienza.

Silenzio, pace, coccole. Conduzione familiare da 5 stelle per accoglienza e attenzione agli ospiti. La nuova piscinetta coperta, con vetrate sulle dolomiti, me la sono goduta tanto! Il personale , tutto, è altamente professionale e al tempo stesso caldo, simpatico e alla mano, connubio non sempre presente negli hotel a 4 stelle. Cibo ottimo, dalla colazione, alla merenda, alla cena. Idem il servizio bar, con gli aperitivi e la professionalità e cortesia del barista. Un grande grazie al gestore, che mi ha fwt6o un buonissimo sconto sul soggiorno avendo inizialmente prenotato per 2 persone, per poi soggiornare da sola. Non era scontato e lo ho apprezzato tanto. Ho soggiornato in altri hotel della stessa categoria in Val Gardena. Recensisco questo perché è il migliore, per la mia esperienza. Del vero poi è ancora meglio rispetto sulle foto pubblicate su internet. Fantastico.

Wir k?nnen das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Es liegt ruhig auf einer Anh?he und doch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum Wolkensteins entfernt. Die Betten sind bequem. Der Wellnessbereich besteht aus mehreren Saunen und einem neuen modernen Indoorpool, einem Jacuzzi im Freien und einer sch?nen Liegeterrasse im Freien. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet und ebenso die Cocktails an der Bar :-). Das Personal, sowie Seniorchefin und Chef sind sehr freundlich und bemüht! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I visited hotel fanes this year 2025 with my girlfriend and it was a terrible experience! And I want to comment on that…From the beginning that we arrive in the hotel while we were tired from our road trip from Bergamo to the Alps when we went in the bar to drink an apperitif all of a sudden a member of the staff e.g a driver came and started talking to us like we are friends. The next morning I noticed again this driver that wanted to talk with my girlfriend in the parking while I was up in the room preparing for skiing. Completely unacceptable behaviour like this man targeted my girlfriend and wanted I assume to flirt!!!!So a terrible experience. I asked the driver later on to stop talking to us where my girlfriend also didn’t respond to his questions anymore and everytime I gave him my skiis to load in the car he was replying to me “ I don’t have any four hands”. An another day he finds again my girlfriend and started asking something where I intervened and asked him not to talk to us and he says I wasn’t talking to you. I informed the owner of the hotel about this since his behaviour and the owner didn’t seem to care or apologise. This driver is from Romania that apparently the owner of the hotel has hired this year and he will tell you to call at his number e.g a Rumanian phone number every time you want the shuttle service to pick you up. A thing that I noticed is that hotel fanes keep changing the stuff since last year that we visited the hotel there was an Italian driver and created us no problems. However, there must be a cause why the stuff changes every year so we assumed that we will have a nice experience but it was a terrible one! Now for the room quality, we had a room with a panoramic view however on top of us there was like an another floor and everytime they woke up or walk then we could hear these noises and the problem was that the people they were upstairs they were waking up from 5 or 6 am so they would wake us also up. The floor we stayed was the second floor and I couldn’t never realize if it was guests staying above us or staff of the hotel. Last but not least, the food is decent but we noticed with my girlfriend that some days the food isn’t that great. Breakfast is every day the same so it’s mediocre. My opinion is that the owner of the hotel has a mindset of coming in and coming out and he duesnt bother to address these issues of his hotel so I would never visit this hotel again. Speaking also with a lady from the staff he mentioned also that she doesn’t like the atmosphere. Hope others can save there skiing vacations because for this terrible experience we had to pay with my girlfriend 2994 euros!!!!!So never the same mistake again!

We had an amazing ski week in this beautiful place. Very nicely refurbished rooms, clean and great wood smelling allover the place. Great spa, absolutely clean ski room and indoor garage. The owner Simon was present all the time ensuring guests feel comfortable and well served. As for the staff, extremely friendly and helpful, like Marius always present in the restaurant to pick up your wishes and Bogdan who dropped us and picked us up to/from the cablecar stations in very short time. Even bringing our ski’s down into the ski room which is not self-understood. We will definitely come back again with greatest pleasure for unforgettable holidays. Highly reccomendable place to stay.

Una settimana di vacanza rigenerante grazie alla struttura ricettiva scelta. L’hotel Fanes scelto tramite una prenotazione e organizzazione della settimana bianca “ fai da te” si è rivelato al di là di ogni aspettativa. Stanze pulite , confortevoli e spaziose; personale professionale e cortese, qualità del ristorante ottima. Servizio navetta per e dalle piste ineccepibile. Immerso nel cuore delle Dolomiti l’albergo Fanes è davvero un piccolo grande gioiello . Grazie
