  • Guest：The room was very clean but what stood out was the staff were very accommodating and their communication and service was outstanding
  • Guest：Room was very clean and spacious enough for my son & I during our stay in Wellington. Didn’t realise the pool was in a separate building down the road, or that the elevator doesn’t go all the way down to the basement carpark. Being on the terrace right next to the motorway - can get quite loud into the evening/early morning.
  • Guest：Clean room in a central location. Overlooking motorway so very noisy when door was open. No aircon just a fan with limited space to place it.
  • Guest：Average at best It’s a dated property and staff were friendly however the unit itself was not what we expected from the Quest brand. The location is not bad however the property really needs to be renovated. Our sliding door did not close or lock properly. The kitchen utensils and pots were not clean, and it just wasn’t up to standard overall. So we were a bit disappointed overall however the front staff were professional and helpful.
