冷冷的天气，桑拿很棒，minibar是免费的，员工都很有礼貌

The hotel has a large parking place - free. They have an asian inspired menu- but we went into the city( you walk 15-20 minutes). Sleeping quality is ok - because of the distance from more major trafficed streets. The hotel did work for us for one night - but if you shall have a longer stay - other hotels are probably ok to check too.

这家酒店简直是我们的lucky酒店！我们在这里结束了瑞士的凄风苦雨，终于看到了马特洪峯！这家酒店自己本身也很棒，室内的布置和设计，都很小巧思地用了马特洪峯的元素，而且我们昨天晚上六七点才临时预订，前台小姐姐给我们升级了房型，房间好大，还带一个大阳台，房间有免费的咖啡和茶，她们家的早餐也很棒，因为早上赶着去上山，都没有拍照片，但早餐非常丰富，草莓、猕猴桃等各种新鲜水果，培根、烤肠等刚煎好的肉食，还有西兰花、蘑菇等蔬菜，以及各种麪包，果汁牛奶，甚至是可以鲜榨橙汁，还可以去吧枱点一杯卡布奇诺，总之就是能吃的很满足了！最最最棒的就是这家酒店还有接送服务，本来我们要拖着大箱子走十几分钟去火车站，小车车直接就送我们去啦，几分钟，超快就到了！我保证，下次来采尔马特，绝对还住这家！

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free.....
They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice.
The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush.

Hotel si presenta con un parcheggio limitato che serve il ristorante e Hotel. La porta dell’Hotel si trova sul lato destro, ma si può entrare anche nel ristorante e attraversarlo. Stanze piccole, letto basso ma comodo, bagno piccolo, camera fresca di tinteggiatura . La gestione è Asiatica dove i problemi vengono risolti al momento. Positivo per una notte. Colazione buona, ma non abbondante di elementi.

Unser Zimmer und das Bad waren gro?, sauber und nach hinten hinaus ruhig, die Ausstattung spartanisch. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel geh?rt allerdings generalsaniert. Bei uns war das Waschbecken defekt, der herbeigerufene Handwerker (ist hier wohl im Dauereinsatz) konnte das auch nur provisorisch nach über zwei Stunden Arbeit richten.
