Guest：The hotel ticked every box for us (19 - 26 April 2026) for our stay in the beautiful Room 114. Spotlessly clean, every facility we needed due to my reduced leg mobility, friendly Staff and Owner who literally could not do anything more to make our stay great. Bus stop nearby and easy walking even for me, hotel food good but we rang the changes with the excellent Sire Restaurant next to the gelateria at the T Junction. Tried another local eatery, Tortuga Restaurant, one night and would warn people off that place (spells A Gut Rot if read backwards !). It makes Fawlty Towers look efficient with incredibly poor service, small portions and high costs. Staff attitude was appalling asking 'what's your problem ?' abruptly after four of their attempts to serve us what we had ordered. Not a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay at Hotel Villa Daphne again, especially Room 114 as it was ground floor with garden view and a super large 'private' patio area, on the pool side away from potential traffic sounds. Guest：I had high hopes that our stay would be as good as we expected based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. I stayed in a triple room (228) with 2 friends and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, 3 single beds, lovely terrace with garden/pool view and spotlessly clean. The pool area is beautifully manicured with gorgeous flowers and plants. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The perfect setting to enjoy some sunshine in peace. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed eating it out on the terrace. We also had a lovely lunch on our first day and used the bar service. Claudia on reception was exceptionally helpful and answered all our queries including booking an excellent boat trip for us. The location of the hotel is ideally situated very close to the bus stop and pick up point for the hop on/hop off bus. It’s also a short walk away from restaurants, bars and a supermarket. It only takes a leisurely stroll of 15 minutes to reach the beach front promenade or the marina. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough for couples or friends and it felt very safe if you were a solo traveller. Ticked all the boxes for our stay.
Guest：Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel . Only small so feels more personal . The staff are very friendly and helpful. We did bed and breakfast and there was plenty of choice and lovely to be able to sit on the patio . Pool area was lovely and very clean , comfortable sun beds . Ideally situated for Gardini Naxo and the bus stopped right by the hotel which went to Taormina and Catania . Perfect location. Had a wonderful relaxing week and would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Sicily !
