Nice Stay in Tskaltubo Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light. Breakfast and facilities are solid, though the gym is dated!!!!!!!!! — I’d happily give five stars if they upgraded it. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a relaxed visit to Tskaltubo.

С первых минут заселения столкнулась с недружелюбным отношением со стороны работников ресепшна,молодые по возрасту работники, говорящие по английски, якобы не понимали вопросов, хотя скорее всего это было нежелание помочь решить проблему. Почти все время шёл ремонт фасада отеля, который начинался с 6 часов утра,создавая неудобства и засоряя балкон номера. Я зарезервировала номер на 10 дней, за это время постельное белье поменяли всего лишь один раз и то потому что несколько раз попросила это сделать. Пропылесосили номер тоже только 1 раз и только после многочисленных просьб, вообще везде была паутина (в номере, в столовой). За 10 дней ничего не поменялось в меню завтрака(гречка, омлет,,) В отеле проживало большое количество детей,несколько команд футбола ,которые шумели по вечерам, мешая отдыхать (с22-00по 24-00) в дополнении всего по ночам бесперерывно лаяли собаки.

очень негативное впечатление об отеле, никаких 4 звезд там нет. Более примитивной еды я нигде не видела,гречка и омлет каждый день на завтрак. Я не капризная в еде, но это уже был перебор. Никто нам там был не рад, в ресепшене дали ключ и вообще не собирались объяснять куда идти, не говоря уже о помощи с вещами. Весь этаж был заселен детской футбольной командой и на протяжении всего отдыха после 8 вечера дети бегали и орали по всем коридорам, вопли в их номерах до 12 не давали спать, обращения с просьбой о смене номера просто игнорировались. Дисплей кондиционера не работал, наугад пытались его регулировать. Всю ночь лай собак!!! Полотенца у бассейна в ужасном состоянии. Уборка в номере после 4, но и тогда они приходили,когда мы жаловались, что не сделана уборка. За 10 дней постель поменяли 1 раз и то когда мы сказали. Сама уборка заключалась в смене полотенец и выдаче 2 бутылок воды. Ковровое покрытие и не собирались пылесосить, даже и после наших просьб. Уезжали оттуда с большой радостью. К сожалению оплачивали номер заранее, а так бы вообще там не остались. С таким потенциалом: красивое место,удобное расположение владельцам неплохо бы подумать о сервисе!!!На протяжении всего нашего пребывания ремонтировалась кровля с 6!!!!!!утра. Снимали старое покрытие и с грохотом бросали вниз

Definitely not a 4* hotel. Lift had been breaking down for 2 days, and finally stopped working completely. There is a second lift which had been broken for a few years as per people at the reception. I came to Tskaltubo to get treatment for my leg after an accident as it’s a famous Balneo resort and running up and down the stairs completely defeats its purpose. Other issues - room is small, bed is squeaky and mattress is hard and bumpy. Window curtains are not black out and sun is out around 5 am in June. Bathroom is tiny with no storage. No basic 4* hotel supplies such as hair conditioner, body lotion or even keenex facial tissue paper. TV is the size of my laptop. Very limited choice for breakfast and it’s pretty much repeated every day. It’s not my first time in Georgia, I stayed in 3* hotels which were of better standard than Plaza. The only plus - outdoor pool but very few umbrellas available Обычно я редко пишу отзывы, но тут вопиющий случай - я приехала в Тцхалтубо на лечение для восстановления ноги после перелома - и тут сломался лифт, так что приходится спускаться/подниматься на 3 этаж. При этом в отеле вообще-то 2 лифта, я попросила открыть второй, но сказали, что он не работает уже несколько лет! Да и во всем остальном отель не тянет на 4*, особенно если вы собираетесь тут жить неделю и больше . Комнаты маленькие, кровать скрипит, матрас очень жесткий., ТВ размером с лаптоп, хорошо, что я его не смотрю. На завтрак очень мало выбора и каждый день одно и то же, включая только один сыр (брынза) и 2 вида колбасы. Из фруктов либо прошлогодние яблоки, либо очень зелёные персики и абрикосы, хотя в конце июня сезон для многих фруктов и ягод. .Из плюсов - 10 мин медленным шагом до лечебницы, но тут все отели в шаговой доступности. В общем, рекомендую поискать другие варианты в той же ценовой категории

Tskaltubo stay
Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

When we reached at the hotel, we are a family of 10 people including child. Hotel did not have help us with the luggage. So our first impression was bad at the very first point. Service is the first thing what any traveler experience when he/she reaches at the hotel/resort. which was very poor.

We stayed here briefly for 1 night in transit to our next stop on our tour of Georgia. I found this to be a perfect hotel experience for the price and conditions. This is an impressively large and sprawling hotel with a vast size property including a giant pool and stadium. The room itself was perfectly sized with excellent wifi and acceptable bathroom facility. Overall, I can't say anything critical about this place. And would have no issue staying here longer if required.

The room is small, but well equipped. It would be better to clean the room better. Lobby, pool, restaurant was clean , but cleanliness of the room must emprove , the doors, toilet, bathroom really need to tidy. Also they must consider not to switch on music after 12 a.m. We really need to rest. Restaurant dishes was really delicious. Staff was friendly. Hotel had good amenities( fitness, clean pool, bikes, discount on spa procedures...) . The price of the hotel was not cheap comparing to other hotels in this area and for this price I think they don't offer appropriate service. Next time I will definitely visit another hotel in Tskaltubo.

First of all, I have to say that my travel agent booked us in the wrong hotel. There are two properties with the same name, so don’t make that mistake. The difference in the name is that this hotel is Plaza Resort, while the one I was supposed to stay in is called Legends Spa. As for my review, I was very disappointed overall because it wasn’t what I expected. I was expecting luxury, but that’s not what I saw which isn’t the hotels fault. It’s my agent’s. I have to be fair to the staff at the hotel who are very wonderful, helpful, and welcoming, especially the ladies at the reception. They also upgraded our two rooms, so we could stay on one floor. The hotel is very outdated. All the carpets leading to the rooms are filthy and disgusting. I know they are currently updating, but they are not doing a great job. They are only changing the carpets while the whole room (including the disgusting toilet) needs to be changed. Once you enter the room, you’ll smell the toilet (this is in both rooms that we stayed at). The rooms they gave us are quite spacious, but this doesn’t make up for how nasty they are. The bed is stiff and the mattress needs to be replaced. I couldn’t sleep because of the terrible bed, the dogs barking at night, and the loud sound of cars passing by. Even though our room has a tiny balcony, I suggest you ((don’t stay in a room overlooking the street because of the noise)). Get a room overlooking the courtyard if you “really” want to stay in this hotel. The bathroom is very disappointing. The toilet is disgusting. Toiletries are not good. The bathroom color is very gloomy. The towels are not the cleanest. Get your own towels or ask for clean ones if yours aren’t. Breakfast was just okay. No live egg station. Just some essentials that’ll get you through the day. I would not stay here again even if they renovated it.
