The room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable with a choice of pillows. The decor was lovely. Large bath sheets, which was very welcome.
The breakfast was limited on gluten free options. An iron in the room would have been helpful.
Nice breakfast, could just do with another vegetarian/vegan option.
Service was fantastic, everyone very friendly and the dinner was lovely.
Need a note in bedroom saying where the towels are as we couldn't find them..
We would stay here again.
Excellent stay
A one night stay but the visit was very good. Nice room good shower and excellent food in the evening. Followed by a very good breakfast overall excellent.
Our stay was spoilt by a very noisy fan in room 11 every time someone got up in the night and switched the fan,light on we were woken up we got very little sllep.
What’s not to love
Great hotel with own car park in the centre of Skipton. Bedroom was big and clean, with all you need provided. Breakfast was good and so was dinner. Nice bar and beer garden
Lives up to expectations.
In the centre of town so in easy walking distance to shops and attractions. Parking behind the hotel is a little awkward but once you get in there is plenty of space. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Rooms have no view but quiet.
Lovely overnight stay
The room was very small but very nicely set out. The bed was very comfortable and everything you needed in the room for a lovely overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious, we didn’t eat an evening meal but the bar area is really nice. Nice touch in your room were 2 vouchers for 2 half pints of Timothy Taylor’s beer.
Lovely hotel
Hotel is a good location in the high street, secure parking at the rear. Our room faced the Main Street which was nicely decorated. It's a very busy pub/hotel sometimes difficult to find a seat. Breakfast on the first day was excellent we both had full English but second day my partner had only ordered scrambled eggs & mushrooms they looked like cheese and strange consistency so never ate them! Liked the idea of small flasks of milk for the room which you could ask at the bar to be refilled kept milk cool!
Little gem in Skipton
From the moment of arrival in the secure car parking area to the outdoor seating, through to the dining room and busy bar it was all great.
All very clean and bright and welcoming.
As were the staff, a great little find.
Its a bit like the 'Tardis' inside. (Dr Who)
