Excellent accommodation. Compact room but brilliant use of space to provide needed facilities for a very pleasant stay. Comfortable and clean. Location is idle, loads of eating places nearby. Would highly recommend

Well located and cozy bedrooms with all your essentials in the ensuite. The bedroom was sparkling clean and is a very suitable place for a short term visit

An absolutely gorgeous room with a huge free standing bath that I made great use of. Loads of space and exceptionally neat and clean. Lots of lovely extras like bottled water, hot chocolate and even a pair of hair straightners !!!! Probably the biggest bed I have ever seen giving me a great night's sleep. Will 100% book this place again. Only 2 tips to offer.....move the bottled water away from the radiator as it was warm so I couldn't drink it. Also the vanity table area could do with a lamp as it was a little dark to do hair and makeup sat at it.

The Hotel is in a lovely location - close to Cafés and Shops but also quiet and peaceful. It's a very well decorated and clean building and the room itself was perfect for me as it has a bath and underfloor heating as well as a very large and very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space too. A Kettle, with all that I needed to make hot drinks - teabags, hot chocolate milk and sugar sachets etc - was also provided and with the added bonus of a Cafetière and ground coffee which was greatly welcomed. I enjoyed my stay immensely and have already booked a return. Highly Recommended.

A nice guest house in a convenient part of Brighton- easy walking distance from the centre and near the prom. Good communication and directions for access and parking. Comfortable beds, nice to have a fridge and hair straighteners. The only thing missing was hair conditioner.

Very comfy bed. Clean with great amenities. Only a couple of minutes walk into the centre of Brighton. Couldn't have asked for more for the price.

Great place for a stay in Kemptown. Parking not too far away. Good location. Room had all you need for a short stay. Room was warm and comfortable

The hotel was most helpful in sorting out our reservations to fit with a re-scheduled funeral we were attending nearby. Gavin was really sympathetic and thoughtful on the phone...thank you Gavin. The boutique style is evident, very crisp and attractive surfaces, clean and sparkling bathroom...though a shelf or two for bathroom bits would be useful in room 4. A bedside light would have been good too. Our TV aerial cable was broken, so zero reception, but we weren't watching TV anyway...however this should have been spotted earlier. We got a call to alert us that a fault had affected staircase lighting, but we had torches and phones. Coded access worked well, the parking permit was effective and we parked nearby We had a walk along the sea-front, a meal and drink at the Barley Mow...and we were tempted by the other pubs and bars close to the hotel. The bargain room rate, courteous customer service and cool styling were all very good elements of our short visit...if we were back in Brighton we would happily book back in here again. Character, good looks, decent location and a professional welcome.

Very easy check in. Room 0 is on the ground floor so easy access. Lovely big, clean and tidy room. Bathroom room has underfloor heating which was lovely. Everything you need for a couple of nights away. Easy walk to town centre. Will be using again when we're down in Brighton.

So much to really like about this hotel. Great communication from the owners who were brilliant at accommodating our request to drop off our bags early. There is no check in desk but they are quick to answer messages and there is a mobile number to call. Good location, close to the sea and loads of lovely cafes for coffee and breakfast near by. We were in the junior suite, room 6 and it had a lovely big comfortable bed. Loved the deep roll-top bath in the bedroom and the nice small dressing table area with GHD irons and hairdryer. They provided lovely shower gel and moisturiser. Great coffee with cafetière - would have been good to have had more coffee so we could have made more than one cup each. Only downsides, there was a slight smell in the bathroom of drains and the wet room shower floor didn’t slope toward the plug and the whole bathroom floor around the toilet got very wet very quickly. The thermostat on one of our radiators did not seem to work but could have been user error. Dim lighting made it difficult to put on makeup in the evening! All minor issues and only reporting as constructive feedback for the hotel. Would definitely like to stay again.
