- awful Internet; I had to drag the table close to the door to get wifi signal stronger
- there are bath and shower separated, no shower over the bath; the shower cabin is very small in size
- no glasses, kettle, any kitchenware there; but there is minibar, - not clear how to use it without glasses
- the window is dirty; the room it clean though

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay. A lift as well as stairs services upper floors. A well supplied breakfast bar and dining room caters for guests. The girl replenishing the breakfast bar and waiting in the dining room at night was very shy and avoided guests and so was slow to clear used plates and replenish the bar. We dined in on our first night (the only diners!) and found the menu inflexible and the food overcooked. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve found in any hotel. This facility has great potential and so many positive features. The negatives could be readily tweaked to provide an outstanding experience.

Отличный отель на тихой, спокойной и уютной улице большого города! Недалеко от метро, автобусной остановки и если любите ходить, то мимо парка влюбленных можно за 10 минут дойти до Каскада. В номере все для проживания имеется. Завтрак достойный - всегда вареные яйца, гречка/рис, сосиски, обжаренный бекон, несколько видов сыра и колбасы, салаты, фрукты. Растворимый кофе с молоком или сливками. Сухие завтраки.

Хорошее местоположение ! Всегда приятно пройти пешком ! Тихая улочка ! Приятные люди на ресепшене , приятный мужчина поможет с чемоданами . Внимательные и заботливые сотрудники! Завтра ну так себе ! Но поесть можно ) хочу отметить , но к отелю трудно что то минусовать , здесь отношение людей ! Слышимость 200 из 100. Есть наглые люди ! Которые с детьми в 23/00 ночи не знали культуру и приличия … поэтому заснуть и спать трудно … но на ресепшене стараются и помогают ! В общем твердая 4! Стоит своих денег !
