  • Guest：It was good. Better than after covid when the rooms weren't too clean. I still think the shower area hasn't aged well and looks dirty. There should be a bit more recognition of the guests staying there. I was a bit insulted when my server was pressing me for my room number when my son said I was staying there. Said people often leave without paying? Very strange and uncomfortable.
  • Guest：Staff at the front desk greeted me warmly. When I shared that it was my first time staying at the hotel (and I visit Washington DC about 12 times a year), I received an automatic upgrade! Free Peleton in the room allowed me to workout in the morning before a full day of meeting. the coffee in the room was SUPERB! Can't tell you how relaxing it is to have a cup of fresh brewed decaf - so delicious - before rest! I can't wait to bring my husband!
  • Guest：Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff was very friendly and made me feel like at home. Amazing huge bathroom with walk in shower, very comfortable bed, had big table that was quite useful for room service. Food from room service was delicious as well. The only drawback is that you can hear ppl slamming doors in the hallway starting from like 5am, that was quite annoying, but other than that i can't complain.
