Perfect stay for a couples vacation
Had a 5-star weekend at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned and checked on often (they leave you chocolate and weather forecast for the next day every night!) We got lucky and the pool was just opened on our last day so we got to enjoyed it. Also loved the location as it's super easy to go grab a bite/check out local shops anytime and there are free bikes you can use whenever!

I've stayed in my fair share of five star hotels but this was by far the best overall hotel experience I've ever had. It's an absolutely beautiful property right on the water with so much charm, and the location is perfect. You can walk or ride their bikes to pretty much everything. The hotel also offers a BMW car service that's very lux and convenient. The rooms are extremely comfortable. But what really makes this such a special place is the staff. The service was 11/10 in all parts of the hotel. Can't wait to go back!

Having been to Nantucket several times over 30 years, we knew about the White Elephant and decided that for our 50th wedding anniversary we would stay there for a few days. From the minute we arrived, our experience could not have been better. The staff allowed us to store our luggage at the Inn until our room was ready as we were early so we went into town and walked around the harbor and had a bite to eat. As we walked into our room, the staff had told us that we had been upgraded and the room was awesome, with every amenity I could think of, and some that I couldn't, Another staff member knocked at our door about ten minutes after we arrived with a bottle of champagne and a plate of chocolate covered strawberries compliments of the Inn with a nice note wishing us congratulations on our anniversary. When I told the staff member that we didn't drink and he could take the bottle back, he asked if there was something he could substitute and when I really couldn't think of anything, he asked if we liked smoothies. I said we love smoothies and within minutes he came back with 2 of the best banana strawberry smoothies we had ever had. He didn't have to do that but it spoke to the level of care given to your guests. From the cookies and breads and charcuterie that was put out over the day and the waters delivered to our room, the service was very kind and genuine and we had never been treated like that. We can only say, thank you for the trip of a lifetime.
