Perfect location and high standard bathroom however dark, gloomy rooms with no facilities or service. Breakfast minimalistic! Very disappointing!

This hotel was very dim and gloomy, felt a bit sad and dated. The location is excellent and the rooms relatively clean and comfortable. The staff seemed obsessed with the keys, we asked for a spare one and were warned if any keys were lost we’d be charged €5, one morning part of our group were on a day trip and the receptionist practically chased them out the building to ask where the key was…. we weren’t leaving for 2 more nights! All a bit strange! The breakfast wasn’t great, very basic. The bar attached closed very early but the staff there were very friendly. This hotel is ok if you just need a base, but I wouldn’t recommend if you plan to spend any length of time at the hotel.

J?ttefint hotell. Vi bodde i ett familjerum som upplevdes v?ldigt stort. Rent och fint p? hela hotellet. Supertrevlig personal som checkade in oss. L?get ?r centralt med n?ra till allt. Det enda d?liga var att personalen (inte samma som checkade in oss) skulle ha 15 euro f?r att boka en taxi ?t oss till flygplatsen. Har aldrig varit med om att ett hotell tar en avgift f?r det.

Tranquilo, muy bien situado. Un aire de los a?os 20 en la entrada y pasillos. El trato de los empleados sin ninguna objeción, muy amables y pendientes. La cena y el desayuno rico y abundante. Las habitaciones totalmente nuevas y limpias. Buen sitio.

Hotellets beliggenhed perfekt i g? afstand til det meste i centrum.
V?relser meget store. God morgenmad buffet. Har aldrig oplevet et s? dedikeret parkeringspersonale nede i P-k?lderen. De er s??? s?de. Sengene h?rde og gode.

Ornate lobby with many comfy couches and upholstered chairs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water in large bathroom. MiniMart next door. Friendly staff at Reception Desk. Very decent offerings at breakfast, more than the usual and expected. You can't go wrong here.

H?tel très confortable avec un décors un peu suranné. l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter à pied TIRANA. Accès direct de la chambre au parking par l'ascenseur.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at Hotel Austria. The interior design is elegant and luxurious, the rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It truly felt like a 5-star experience — hard to believe it’s only rated 4 stars!
