The hotel is good but the staff service is a bad experience for us. When we asked for towels for our room, they gave us a right at the service desk.

This is the first hotel we have stayed in India with a balcony. So nice to get outside from your room. Hot shower. The restaurant was good with lots of choice and the staff were always willing to help. Cheese omelette was my favourite. Even though in a different building. The location was perfect for sight seeing and visiting lots of restaurants. You definitely need to try the chocolate, lots of shops selling various flavours.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. He said he will come back and never did, we never got a new room or didn’t even come back to fix the fan. The shower before we used it it was super slippery, looks like they never cleaned the previous oils that could have come from people getting massages done and it was slippery. There was also no floor Matt for after shower use which made the floors more slippery after being wet. The breakfast was good at this place however the service was extremely slow during breakfast.

The Eastend Hotel had very friendly staff, location was good but very noisy and busy outside. We had an excellent therapeutic massage and podikizihi treatment. The rooms were clean but did not block the noise outside. Many of the power points in the room did not function. WIFI was supposed to be free? But was so bad and intermittent we could not use

Eastend Munnar has nice ambience & room service..Their Restaurant has good buffet..Garden is very beautiful..Well done..Team Eastend..Keep doing good work..Best Wishes for future..Looking forward to come back.. Regards, Antara Nilesh Patil

It was great stay at eastend hotel.Food was so delicious and staff were so amiable and courteous..we would recomend to our friends and family.Seriouly one the best hotel in munnar.During the stay my mind was so relaxed because of the hospital.

The most relaxing 2 Night stay in all of Kerala, on this trip! It's not just the fabulous weather in Munnar, the scenic grandeur of this magnificent place, but the comfortable stay and enjoyable staff interactions at this lovely property, that makes for total bliss! The people here were simply great, the Reception Team went out of their way to accommodate requests to keep us all close together in rooms within the same floor, but the best was the hospitality extended by the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Regi and his wonderful Team! Even though the buffet menu was set, he took the trouble to discuss with the Chef and Team to prepare for us traditional Keralan dishes, that were tantalizing and sumptuous, perhaps because they were made with love! Dishes like Ela Ada, Pazhampodi, Appams and Stew, etc., were great, but the best was definitely the Kerala Style Beef, in a word, awesome! Thank you Mr. Regi, we highly appreciate all that you did to make us comfortable and feel at home in Munnar - looking forward to visiting and staying with you'll again, soon, with my family! :)
