The room seemed neglected. The phone did not work. The safe wasn't working either. There was noone at reception when we we checked in.

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful. So close to the town, it was great thanks.

A great location and comfortable room with all amenities and a 5 min drive to airport ????

Staff were great, room was clean but mattress was poor quality ?? upgraded mattress and it would be excellent.

Air freshener was with us the whole night. Rather strong to say the least.
Other wise very convenient both for airport and riverside restaurants

We had a double room and it was clean and spacious. Only thing that was not great was the lights in all rooms flickered when they were on which could be attributed to the storms that were happening in Brisbane but it was also happening when the storm had passed. There was also no privacy lock on the bathroom door. Other than that, the parking was good and although reception wasn’t open for the time we checked in and out (due to catching flights) the check-in process was good. Would stay here again as it’s close to Eat Street and the airport.

Location , location at a fair price
Great for a night stay in the city, Very clean , very polite , Very quiet, very well priced, everything you need . great location. My only issue was the bed is Firm !

I liked that it was close to the airport for my early flight out of Brisbane the next morning and dining opportunities close by are great ...the bad for me i think the room i stayed in could do with a freshen up its pretty tired a new mattress and a lick of paint would do wonders for it
