The staff were incredibly helpful. Although clean, the hotel appeared to be in need of some upkeep. The location was safe and very walkable. Overall, we had a nice stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with European styling, lovely bathrooms, lovely woodwork, tea kettle in the room. Good water pressure in a compact shower so not for the obese. Plenty of lighting and two mirrors. Firm mattress and immaculately clean throughout. Excellent breakfast serving the expected plus cooked beets, beet greens and vegetables.

I had a wonderful stay at Argjiro Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Gjirokast?r, just steps away from the old bazaar and historic landmarks. The hotel itself is beautifully restored, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, with stunning views of the stone rooftops and surrounding mountains. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with a great variety of local flavors to start the day. If you’re visiting Gjirokast?r and looking for a place that offers both authenticity and comfort, I highly recommend Argjiro Hotel.

Nous y sommes restés deux nuits lors de notre circuit de 15 jours. Nous n’avions aucune influence sur le choix des h?tels. La chambre était très petite pour deux personnes, les lits séparés moyennement confortables, un vieux sofa qui prenait beaucoup de place et qui ne servait à rien , le pd était correct. L’accueil sympathique comme partout dans le pays. Il y a certainement d‘autres meilleurs h?tels. L’emplacement est idéal.
