A really nice hostel friendly staff and easy to meet people. The facilities are excellent including a big kitchen and dinner and a separate lounge area with games and lots of tourist information. I stayed in a lot of hostel and rate this highly.
Simple and no frills hostel, which exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and location. Has a common kitchen (which we didn't utilise) and a games area with a pool table + foosball table too, which were serviceable albeit slightly old.
A great location in Apollo Bay. Quiet and cosy.
Beds were comfortable and worked for our family.
The facilities in the kitchen were kept clean, as were the toilets. We visited in a quieter time of the year, so there weren’t so many guests.
Good value for money
Shared bathroom and toilet , no shampoos and soap provided. Pay for coffee and tea. Shared kitchen with cooking wares. Walking distance to IGA supermarket. You need to take the linens off from your bed before you check out.
