Stylish room in a lovely setting. We were greeted warmly and helpfully. Fantastic spot, a short walk to the village. Just a heads-up that the bathroom doesn't fully close off from the room so for those wanting privacy on the loo, be aware. Otherwise, very nice.

Dana and Ayako were responsive and very helpful with the booking process and our stay. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had a real ambience. Fantastic bathroom. Enjoyed watching FIFA Women's World Cup from the giant bath. Parking right outside the room. Very quiet and picturesque location. Take the track beside the river for an easy walk into town. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent room in a fantastic location close to the village in Arrowtown. Modern decor, warm with a beautiful outlook. Service was also great with an efficient and warm welcome, great housekeeping and generally all round ease. Will be back.

From the moment we contacted the property to make the booking, the entire interaction with Dana and experience at the property exceeded our every expectation. The room was thoughtfully & beautifully designed and very comfortable (the under floor heating was a nice bonus on a crisp autumn day). The location is ideal, a short, enjoyable nature walk to town. We will return.

Staying in April 2023. It is a wonderful apartment situated at one of the most picturesque area in Arrowtown. For seeing the autumn color in New Zealand, this accommodation offered me the place with the best viewing of the spectacular fall foliage. At the balcony, I saw the hill glow like an oil painting with yellow, red, orange and golden leaves on the trees. We highly recommend this 5-star accommodation. (Remark: Stargazing at the balcony was impressive too ! )
