  • Guest：Todo bien en general en el hotel, la atención, limpieza e instalaciones. Un poco lejos del pueblo pero tampoco demasiado. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El personal en general fue atento. Un poco de ruido en algunos momentos de la noche.
  • Guest：Un a?o y medio yendo y viniendo de Albacete a úbeda por razón para ver a mi hijo. No tengo palabras para poder expresar las cosas buenas que tuve el a?o y medio que estuve ahí solo quiero dar las gracias por todo en general en el trato que tuve con todo los empleados de limpieza hasta los camareros y camareras cocina recepción y barra me he sentido como en mi casa . gracias y próspero a?o nuevo, jorge zalazar.
  • Guest：We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and garden where a bouncy castle is situated for parties. Unfortunately for us we had a very disturbed night with guitar playing and out of tune singing from below which went on till 2.00am. The room is fine though the shower is temperamental and can soak the bathroom as it spins out of its wall attachment! It is advertised that English is spoken but it isn't and trying to navigate the menu for dinner is a nightmare. I would suggest that an English translation is obtained. Google translate is helpful but not always accurate. Ubeda is an interesting city with many beautiful buildings and is well worth a visit though the hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the old town centre. The museum of St John of the Cross is particularly interesting as is a tour of the small mediaeval synagogue.
  • Guest：Hotel located about 1.5 kilometers from the centre so a bit of walking required. Lovely swimming pool. Helpful staff. Nice large room, but neighbours from a bus tour arriving home at 1:30 in the morning, talking loudly in the corriders and letting kids run around also. Asked them to quiet down which they ignored.
