J'avais séjourné dans la résidence l'année dernière mais le séjour de cet été ne m'a pas convaincu pour revenir. Le check in était bien trop tardif, après 18h, en effet, lorsque l'on fait un trajet de plus de 8h, il est appréciable de ne pas attendre que les appartements soient prêts, il ne faudrait pas faire appel à des prestataires extérieurs. Par ailleurs, 1 ou 2 transats sur les balcons seraient agréables pour profiter de l'espace extérieur. Le jeune homme qui gère la piscine était très bien et aimable, en effet, il fallait très régulièrement faire sortir les enfants du jacuzzi. L'eau de la piscine pourrait être un peu plus chaude mais c'est un détail car l'espace aquatique est vraiment bien, il manque ceci dit quelques transats pour l'extérieur. La cohabitation avec La Folie douce est compliquée, de la musique techno envahit la station, celle ci est bien trop forte pour pouvoir profiter de lla montagne pour se ressourcer, par ailleurs, il y avait des travaux la semaine du 18/08/2025, ce qui générait un bruit infernal, nous ne venons pas à la montagne pour être dérangé par des bruits de musique forte et des bruits liés aux travaux. Le personnel est agréable, mais le monsieur qui gère le restaurant ne l'est pas et la nourriture n'est pas bonne. Malheureusement pour toutes ces raisons, je ne viendrai plus séjourner dans cette résidence.

Je suis actuellement aux Arcs du 19/07 au 26/07, dans la résidence Edenarc. Cote + : emplacement, telecabines pour découvrir la montagne, activités extérieures Cote - : insonorisation des appartements proche de ZéRO !. On entend ses voisins de partout !, bruits de chaises et meubles déplacés dès 6h30 du matin!, aux heures des repas, le soir à 23h, à minuit…. Ces grincements se ressentent y compris dans les chambres!. Jamais vu cela. Si vous voulez vous reposer après une longue journée de marche, de VTT, de rafting oubliez!!. Vous serez réveillés par ces grincements qui durent des heures!. Je suis allé voir la réception pour leur signaler ces nuisances, leur réponse : ??on ne peut rien faire… et si ces bruits vous dérangent appelez la police??. Sidérant !. Pourtant une solution simple et très peu co?teuse : mettre des feutrines sous les pieds de chaises, tables, canapé… Personne n’y a pensé chez Odalys ? ?? Autre point - : équipement de la cuisine sommaire, peu d’accessoires, peu d’ustensiles, pas de planche à découper, nettoyage des couverts mal fait,… Très dé?u. Je ne recommande pas

We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for the 3 of us. The apartment was spacious and nice view on the mountain. We had 2 bathroom which was great but unfortunately 1 of the heater was not functioning for half our stay so it was really cold to take a bath and we had to complain several times before they replaced the towels heater. They obviously knew the issue as they already ordered a new one. They never offered any compensation or to move us in another apartment. The ski room was super smelly and congested especially in the morning. That it was at the point I was feeling nauseous. Another downside was the spa area, way too small for the amount of guests. Only one small Hot tub always full. The sauna was super crowded that it made it impossible to use and same with the steam room that wasn't even hot enough and the eucalyptus was so strong it would make your eyes watering. So we only went once as it was not enjoyable. At Les Arcs 1800 there is almost nothing beside the residence and the hotel. Just 1 small Spar. For shopping, bars, restaurants you have to take the Dahu Lift that connect to Les Arcs 1600. We also drove to Les Arcs 1950 (about 20 min drive but totally worth it. Les Arcs 1950 is such a nice resort. Overall experience was okay but we won’t probably go back to this place.

Great location, high quality apartments, check in and parking also very good. Looooong waits of 30 mins or above in queue at bar on several occasions, simply not enough staff to cope with the number of customers.

Couldn’t fault it. All staff friendly and helpful. 2 bedroom apartment clean and modern. Used the restaurant for lunch and takeaway and all excellent. Swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna all good too. Will def return. Les arcs slopes well looked after and excellent skiing

Paid for a 2-bedroom "comfort" apartment but got allocated (no way of knowing before we turned up at c.9.30 pm, having done the online check-in a few days prior) a "fireplace" apartment. Difference ? MATERIALLY smaller (same size as standard) and oddly proportioned i.e. bedroom 1 massive and bedroom 2 very small. With the fireplace not being used at this time of the year given the weather. Whilst these fireplaces apartments are a little bit more expensive, this is not what we had booked and paid for and definitely not an upgrade when you lose up to 20 square meters (pls refer to official description)

Great location next to the pistes. Also great to have ski hire, shops and restaurant on shore too. Would love to return.

Exceptional customer service - and we didn’t even stay there! After a week in a residence just down the road from the hotel, we started our journey home at six in the morning, only to be let down by Uber (moral of the story, only book proper mountain taxis, and be aware of very limited bus options early and late if you are staying in Le Chantel). In desperation I went in to the hotel and Roman, the receptionist on duty, could not have been more helpful. He called a load of taxi companies until we found one who was free, and handled the conversation to save my terrible French. Then he called him ten minutes later to make sure all was okay. He totally saved the day despite the fact we weren’t residents of the hotel, and I hope his managers see this - we are really grateful! Aside from that, we ate at the Voga Goga restaurant twice in the week - it’s the only dining out spot we found in Le Chantel, and the food was really good both times. You can have a full on Pirrade or Foundue, or go lighter with a still-hearty salad. And you can have a post-ski drink outside.

Our second consecutive stay at Odalys Edenarc, 1800 Les Arcs. The location is brilliant with ski in, ski out and the apartments are bright, modern and well furnished. Only slight negative is the bar staff were not friendly or efficient.

Really nice hotel only thing they over charged me city tax by ￡100 said that it there mistake would refund me but have not had any money back it was there mistake not mine really disappointed have tried to contact but no response my name is Trevor Marsham
