Geat location, ski in/out. We were assigned a unit at Le Tueda, which needs to come down through the lift, but still very convenient. The unit is a bit old, including the appliances, but very clean. Our room get a great mountain view looking at the ski route and the lift. There's a grocery store right under the lift, very convenient. I wish there were basic cooking supplies like salt, oil or spice, we had to buy from the store (Most other AirBNB we went before supplied those). The front desk is not staffed around the clock. On our day coming in, our luggage was delayed. I tried to call the front desk 10+ times, even during the hour, only get to voice mail. I was really worried, eventually the staff call me (because I didn't show up) and arranged the secure drop box pick up. Other than that, the staffs are all very friendly if you see them during the office hours. I utilized the free parking near the ski, after dropping off the luggage. Now I know how this place works, I will come back next time.

Situation et Appartements de qualité. Mais garage sous résidence impossible pour grosses berlines ou SUV. Je ne voudrais pas venir durant l' Hiver car obligation de mettre véhicule ailleurs et en plus l' arrivée à la Résidence est une voie sans issue.... Dommage.

酒店在美丽贝尔上面一个小镇，门口就有电梯到下面缆车站，超市，雪具店。房间很不错，各种生活设施一应俱全，可以自己做饭。

Séjour effectué juste après les vacances d’hiver Résidence 4 étoiles très bien situé à Mottaret en hauteur desservi par un funiculaire Appartement duplex face à la montagne Par contre comme toujours le ménage laisse à désirer Les personnes du séjour d’avant devait avoir un chien car des poils partout. Le ménage de la cuisine est assuré par les sortants donc vite fait et mal fait. Les lits fait à la va vite les draps mal positionnés dans le lit, couette également et on ne parle pas des taies trop grosses pour des taies trop petites donc nous avions des boules !! Et on ne parle pas du parking sous la résidence emplacements trop petits et des virages impossible pour les voitures ! C’est vrai quand on part au ski on prend des Fiats 500 !! Non mais sans blague ! C’est impossible pour les SUV ! Donc nous allons réfléchir à notre prochaine réservation chez Pierre et Vacances

Property is well located for ski in and ski out and accommodation was very comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Staff were responsive and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

La résidence est jolie, pratique et propre. Elle est accessible via un funiculaire (5 minutes de descente) pour accéder au centre à pied ou à skis) Un garage est prévu pour les voitures (attention à la hauteur) L'accès aux pistes depuis directement les casiers skis est directe via la piste Aigle (rouge) mais c'est la fin fin donc accessible pour les intermédiaires (pas pour les débutants et jeunes enfants, utilisez le funiculaire il est au centre de la Résidence et à 5 minutes à pieds du centre) en bas du funiculaire il y a intersport et skiset et un petit supermarché, et le restaurant la Brizolee où on y mange très bien. Les cours ESF sont au centres et tous ensemble donc pratique pour déposer les enfants au même endroit. La résidence propose tout ce qu'on a besoin mais pas de piscine ou spa ou sauna..il faut aller au centre. La station est très bien pour les intermédiaires et experts en skis et snow. Peu de pistes vertes, mais les pistes bleues sont facilement accessibles (Piste Ours : pas pour les snow, piste martre, piste faon, piste biche, piste gelinotte, piste jn'bee, piste sitelle) . Le paysage est magnifique. On a passé un excellent séjour.

Never a 4 star property. We arrived mid-afternoon and the reception was closed. Not just the reception desk but the entire building. Had to wait outside in the cold with our luggage for over an hour until we were eventually given our key. The apartment is supposed to be for 6, but we struggled for space as a family of 4. There is one toilet but two bathrooms, not ideal. You are required to clean the kitchen and strip beds prior to departure. There is no where to get a drink, not even a coffee, even if there was the reception building is closed most of the day. Safe to say we won’t be rushing back.

We stayed in pierre & vacances Le Tueda previously and this time opted for a larger premium accommodation at Les Crets for our family of four. This flat had three bedrooms and two bathrooms and was pretty spacious for this style accommodation. We stayed in room D124 which although on ground floor was close to boot room which stepped straight on to a short path to the piste, and also had easy access to the ground floor drop off for luggage & arrivals. You can ski-in out of this place via red run Aigle which during our stay was usually in poor condition by the end of the day (its one of the major arterial runs connecting couchevel-meribel and has heavy traffic). Access can be gained to the accommodation by a dedicated lift but this was out of order on a least 3 separate occasions during our visit this time ( and also previously) . It's not a major problem unless you have little ones or others that can't ski reds and need to carry ski gear back up the road if the lift is out of order. We found the reception staff to be very friendly & professional and very tolerant of out pathetic attempts at French speaking. Some aspects of the rooms were a bit tired ( door knobs all need tightening for starters!) and a DVD player would have been handy for evenings when we didn't eat out. I didn't like the way P&V dealt with us following our booking during the covid closure (2020) and i was reluctant to re-book with P&V as a result. However, this time we had a great family holiday & I would stay at les crets again.
