ロケーションはとにかく良かったです。フェリー乗り场にも近くエスプラネード公共プールは徒歩数十秒、ナイトマーケットも2分ほどで着き、スーパーマーケットは道挟んだ向かいにあるなど最高の立地でした。しかし立地以外は正直微妙で、良かった点はフロント横のウォーターサーバーで水が饮めることとバルコニーでタバコが吸えること、后はYouTubeや Netflixなどが自室のTVで観れることくらいです。残念な点を上げると、まずシーツやタオルが不卫生。タオルはシミが付いていて匂いますしシーツも生乾きのような匂いがしました。バスルームはシャワーの水圧が信じられないほど弱く洗い流すのにとても时间がかかります。水はけが悪过ぎたのでフロントでお愿いした所不在时に直してくれたのかマシになりましたがとにかく水圧もどうにかして欲しかったです。施设のプールはジャグジーがありましたが温かいわけでもなくイマイチ。スタッフは日中の方はフレンドリーで良い方が多かったですが夜间にいらした初老の男性は威圧的で何が不愉快なのか笑颜も一切无し。オーストラリアに一年ほど住んでいた为英语には不自由しない程度の语学力はあると思っていましたが、彼の言っていることは2回闻いてもよく分からず闻き返すと『もういい』と话しかけてきたくせに终わらせる始末。正直不快な気分でした。昔近くのマントラトリロジーに泊まった际はここまで不満は感じなかったと记忆しています。しばらくケアンズに行く予定はもうないですが、次また选ぶかというと无しかな、という感想です。亲切に対応して下さったスタッフの方々はありがとうございました。

房间够大，但入住时客厅有一部分地毯已湿了，以为很快就会乾所以没要求换房，但到第六天离开时还是湿的。公寓为双卧房间，其中卧房间需要用锁卡开门，有点不方便。地点优越，步行几十米即可到Lagoon；步行5分钟即可到游船码头，对面就是超级市场，地下已有餐厅，非常多选择。唯遇上圣诞节，毛巾不够替换，不设打扫，房间内如有吸尘机会更好，方便自行快速打扫一下。

一行六人，两位长者，两个孩子，在航班取消的情况下，立即定了这家酒店，显示预订成功后到了酒店前台已经是半夜11点多，被告知没有预订成功，没有房间，但是后面四波白人家庭来一个给个房间来一个给个房间，都是同一个航班取消的人，赤裸裸的歧视！！！后面不知道怎么变出一间房给我们，想着，挤一挤，又被告知不能一起进房间！只能两位一间房！而剩下的也不能在酒店大堂过夜必需出去自己想办法！一点也没有人性化！如果有其他选择就不要去这个酒店！设施也非常老旧

Overall we had a good stay here but found the housekeeping policy very strange. There is no housekeeping unless you pay for it (or stay for 8 days). We could change our towels personally at the front desk but were requested to take out our own trash and had no way of vacuuming after a long stay. However, the room was adequate and we very much enjoyed the location, which couldn’t have been better.

设施很旧，在二层露台很大，刚好看到烟花。毛巾要一直下楼去要比较麻烦

酒店靠近码头，酒店后面就有凯恩斯目前唯一一家中餐馆川香园和一家超市，酒店对面就是一个公共泳。酒店套房相当不错，面积也够大，套房内厨具、餐具也比较齐全，还配备了洗衣机和烘乾机，该酒店的唯一不足就是打扫衞生要另收费。

日本人目线でレビューします。5月初旬に宿泊。 Pros - 立地が最高 - フロントスタッフの方はみな亲切 - 无料で贷してもらえるバーベキューセットには多种类のトング，油，塩，胡椒が含まれる - トイレットペーパーが柔らかい - コーヒー，红茶が多种类用意されている。冷蔵库にはミルクも入っている - シャンプー，保湿バームなど洗面系のアメニティが充実 - バスタブが広い。お汤が出る速度が速いのですぐお汤をはれる - 饮料水をフロントで提供していて水を别途买わなくて良かった事前情报があまり明记されていないが自分が欲しかった情报 (下记が解决されればさらに最高だったが，それでも全体的には非常に満足でした。) - パジャマやバスローブの类はない - 电子レンジはない - バーベキューセットにはナイフや食器类は含まれていない (ステーキ肉を买ったがナイフを持っておらず噛み切れなかった) - スプレータイプの消臭剤のようなものはない
