The animation team is the best. The beach was very nice, with the most beautiful sand and sea. The food was okay. The only problem was the hygiene, they didn’t change our bedding for two weeks.

My 3-day stay was overall OK, but I had several issues: The cleanliness of the rooms was very poor, with a noticeable smell as if they hadn’t been aired out for a long time. The fridge was noisy, and I also found two large spiders in the room along with several spider webs. The key cards felt unsafe since the room number is tagged on them, which puts guests at risk if the card is lost or stolen. The food quality was only average, and to make matters worse, I found a large mosquito in the rice & shrimp dish as well as hair in the meatballs, which forced me to throw away the entire meal. Overall, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel.

Lo consiglio vivamente, sopratutto per chi ha voglia di divertirsi. L'animazione è veramente fantastica, molto coinvolgente in tutte le attività,complimenti a tutto lo staff. Anche la qualità dei bar veramente eccellente. L'unica cosa da rivedere è un po' l'organizzazione del ristorante spesso ci siamo sedute a mangiare con sedie tovaglie e posate ancora sporche.

Siamo stati in questo villaggio io, mio figlio di 22 anni, mia figlia di 19 anni e mia nipote di 20 anni. Siamo arrivati l'11 agosto e siamo ripartiti il 18 agosto. Il villaggio è con tour operator FUTURA CLUB, non avevo mai viaggiato con loro e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Oltre all'animazione italiana fatta di sole ragazze sorridenti, carine, socievoli e con le quali è stato bellissimo trascorrere le giornate e serate, c'è anche un folto gruppo di animazione del posto, ragazze e ragazzi veramente fantastici che fra una parola in inglese, una in francese e una in italiano, ci hanno tenuto tanta compagnia. Tutto il gruppo animazione ha veramente reso bellissima questa vacanza. Per quanto riguarda il villaggio è grande, non enorme, ma malgrado le tante persone non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovare posto in spiaggia e mare, anche perché i clienti FUTURA hanno il diritto al posto in spiaggia anche nel caso in cui tutto fosse pieno, pertanto non si rischia mai di non poter stare in quella spiaggia e fare il bagno in quel mare bellissimo, caldo il giusto ( parere personale) e con entrata lunga, quindi adatto a tutti. Per quanto riguarda le camere sono spaziose e ben tenute. Hanno tutte terrazzetto o balconcino spazioso. Il cibo è ovviamente diverso dal nostro, ma è normale essendo in Tunisia, diciamo che qualcosa si trova sempre.... ma la vera chicca è il ristorante italiano gestito dal cuoco Mimmo che tutte le sere apre ESCLUSIVAMENTE per gli italiani e ci ha fatto delle cene buonissime. Il ristorante è parte dell' ALL INCLUSIVE quindi approfittatene se siete FUTURA CLUB. Personale tutta assolutamente cortese, gentile, pronto ad aiutare e a rendere la vacanza ancora più rilassante. C'è una SPA all'interno del villaggio a pagamento, noi abbiamo fatto dei massaggi, è stato molto piacevole. Quindi in conclusione un grazie immenso a Walter assistenza Futura, alle bravissime Sara, Sofia, Noemi, Vanessa, Ilenia, Arianna dell'animazione italiana. Grazie a tutti i ragazzi bravissimi dell'animazione internazionale. Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno reso speciale questa nostra settimana.
