Excellent stay at Zephyrus Boutique Accommodation. Clean and comfortable room, walkable location with many restaurants and scenic areas, close to Diocletian's Palace. Maria is an incredible host who ensurednwe had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

The owner, Marijana, was friendly and kindly arranged for our apartment to be ready for us early. It was clean, spacious and we appreciated the milk, orange juice and yoghurt left for us in the fridge. We were there a week and were offered both towel changes and a room clean.
The property is excellently located in the Varos neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Riva and Diocletian's Palace. It has a shady courtyard for the use of all guests and our apartment also had an outside terrace that we appreciated. We would stay here again.

Zephyrus was a perfect stay in Split! Everything is just like the pictures. It's quiet, clean and well-maintained. The apartments are very conveniently located so most attractions, grocery stores etc. are a few minutes walk away. I'd say the best part of this stay was the amazing host, Marijana. She was responsive, helpful and very kind! She even let me stay a bit later past checkout on the last day of my stay. I highly recommend Zephyrus if you're staying in Split. I'll be back here next time I'm in town!!

Marijana was very helpful and provided the location of a nearby parking lot. If you book a room here, request to NOT be in the upper room. My husband is over 6 feet tall and could not stand up straight except in the middle area. Also I am 5' 2" and couldn't stand up straight at the bathroom sink and hit my head after using the toilet. There is no light above the mirror so putting on makeup is tricky. And it is over 60 steps to the top room - do not take heavy luggage. On the plus side, the apartment was convenient to access the old palace and city center.

If I come back to Split, I am staying here again. Property is conveniently located within walking distance of the main attractions and restaurants but far enough away to not get any nightlife noise. Hotel itself is very clean, safe, and nicely decorated. Marijana the host was a huge highlight - nicest woman, incredibly responsive over WhatsApp, checking in to see if we needed anything, and allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Our room was spacious, clean, AMAZING AC during crazy heat wave (38 C).

Marijana made us feel very welcome. She allowed us to leave our bags after checkout as we had a late flight, which gave us an extra day walking around Split.
The property is very close to the centre but in a quiet spot having its own garden to sit in.
The room is spacious and clean. It had all that we needed during our stay.
Highly recommend it. Thank you for everything!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was only a short 10min walk from the bus terminal through the main market area and there were also restaurants 1 min walk in a cosy square.
The views from the apartment were amazing!!
Marijana was wonderful in accommodating our last minute booking and really helpful showing us the apartment and map and tips for finding restaurants and landmarks. Thank you ??

Very peaceful, clean and comfortable place. Good location in the old town. Everything you need is available. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
