Escogí este hotel para regalar la estancia a mi marido por su cumplea?os ya que somos mallorquines y nos apetecía descansar y desconectar de ciudad y ni?os. Cómo no tenía medía pensión hice aparte una reserva en el restaurante del hotel. He de decir que las dos estrellas es 1 por bonito y encantador, que lo es, y otra por el personal que es increíble,; prácticamente todo familia. Cuando entramos en la habitación nos tiró para atrás un olor intenso a humedad y encerrado que se mantuvo toda la noche, de esos que se metía en la nariz. Parecía que dormí en un armario. Fuimos al spa ( muy modosito) y nos encontramos un ni?o que no tenía ni 11 a?os jugando como si fuera una piscina. Nosotros veníamos huyendo de ni?os y fue un rato algo incómodo. Nos dirigimos después al restaurante y la comida (que fue correcta de sabor) era escueta y cariiiisimaaaaa. 20 euros un plato con un trocito de secreto y un pu?adito de patata y moniato ( que nada más) se veía todo el blanco del plato. El otro primero bacalao a la mayorquina algo pasado de cocción y que se le habían pasado de pasas. Yo siempre las quito y casi me fue imposible. Había más que patata, que había 3 trozos. Una ensalada de queso de cabra por pers. que fue otro pu?adito de tomate y queso y un ali?o. El tomate un aspecto arrugado de esos que ya tiras en casa 12 euros. La bodega de vinos todos mallorquines ( que yo entiendo que los estrangeros paguen cualquier cosa) pero los precios eran desorbitados. Hicimos alguna comparación con PVC y venían cobrando 400 % de la botella. Nosotros acostumbrados a pagar el doble pero no el cuatriple. Pedimos pues cervezas a 4 euros el botellín. Impresionante. La factura fue 82 euros por la ensaladita x2, el primerox2 y 2 cervezas cada uno Y 2 trocitos de pan con cada plato. También te cobran 3 euros cada uno por cubierto. Eso que es el alquiler del tenedor??? NINGúN postre. Dos copas de la cerveza astilladas en el bocal. Se lo dije y dijeron las tiraría. Después de pasar la noche , que como digo se metió el olor a ropero en la nariz y estar en una cama que cuando te movías pegaba el cabezal a la pared haciendo un ruidaco ( ya os podéis imaginar el movimiento que se podía hacer) desayunamos en la terraza. Bastante escueto el desayuno pero si es verdad que el servicio de 10 y te traían si pedías algo aparte como huevos o tortilla. Pedimos huevo con bacón y trajeron 1 loncha. De nuevo queríamos estar tranquilos y a las 10 vienen 2 mesas de ciclistas ( unos 30 o más) a almorzar en la terraza. Es lo que hay, es un negocio. Pero mi regalo de un día tranquilo de spa y hotel romántico fue super decepcionante. 230 euros esta estancia. Como comprenderéis no volveremos y tampoco podemos aconsejarlo. Menos mal que mi marido me agradeció el regalo de todos modos.
Original place with lot of character-great friendliness. Modern spa facilities, yoga studio. (actually my first yoga session ever and I enjoyed it). The main building and courtyard is full of character; the service and friendliness of this family managed hotel is heartwarming. We felt immediately at home and stayed also for diner each night. There was no reason to go elsewhere. In the morning two dinner options are given for the evening; we always found something nice on the menu, and if you are actually also in for something completely different than that, there are also possibilities. Nice wines on the menu too. I am always font of ordering a good quality local wine, preferably made of a local grape. I was not disappointed. They have wines from 'los Supernins' on the menu. This wine I can definitely recommend!
best service ever - stay as a guest and leave as a friend -, great and lovely location - the house, the garden, the pool area and spa - all you need, more than friendly staff, excellent food (half board)
Beautiful place where old elements has been cooperated into an stylish and modern style of the spa area. Exceptional service from the wonderfully staff which will help you with almost everything. Great spot for children in all ages. The food is extremely tasty ?? and versatile. All in all a 5 star experience from our family.
We felt really taken care of! personal attention, remembering our choices for drinks, setting up our preferred table, preparing every day a special vegetarian dish. Attention for detail is great, food is lovely! The people are all very kind and they care. Simple. I will return here. No doubt.
We stayed in this nice rural hotel for 2 nights and had a wonderful time! The staff is very welcoming and friendly and make you feel very welcome which is nice. Room was simple but tasteful and elegant and with good airconditioning, which is not unimportant in the hot Mallorcan climate. I just felt the grounds in general could use some attention, especially around the pool. It is just a lot of wild grass, but I think a little more garden decor would make this place feel more luxurious. Also the spa building feels a bit out of the way. Breakfast was also lovely with fresh orange juice and eggs cooked to order, next to the nice buffet. We did not have dinner since we love to explore villages and their restaurants but the menu's looked great every night and we saw a lot of hotel guests having the dinner every night. Be aware that this hotel is down a narrow rural road. This adds to the atmosphere and tranquility of the place but if you don't like to drive these kind of roads then maybe it is not for you.
Unbelievable experience, from start to finish. I have never felt so relaxed. Everything was perfect, the room, nature, spa, food, staff. It was beautiful, felt so at home. Will return for sure. Lovely place.
Superb in every way Location is very rural and beautiful. The hotel is first class with superb food and service and facilities Staff could not have been more helpful. Glorious breakfast. Most excellent chefs
