"Amazing LeCrans in Switzerland!" I had a wonderful stay at LeCrans in Crans-Montana. Our two-floor suite offered a luxurious experience with an amazing mountain view. We truly enjoyed the stunning scenery, delicious breakfast ?? ?? ??, and relaxing spa. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring we felt well taken care of. Check in was smooth and efficient. Its such a small hotel that you get a feeling you are arriving to someones home or a private chalet. Hotel is super historic but with a nice decor. Lunch at hotel restaurant was not so good - kind of like a fast food experience. Service was sooo slow i never experienced that level of lack of any sence of urgency. We had to request to get bread several times and after 40 minutes got advised first we shall put a food order and after get the bread. We were waiting for drinks also like for an hour. After ordering all the food at once it also arrived all together in same moment no order of the dishes etc. Meat we asked for medium it came totally well done. At this point we didnt have any room nor patience to ask for anything just wanted to go from there asap. Just note that there were 2 tables when we were eating so an empty place. Breakfast same story its tasty the food and options are avarage but it takes 2 hours to serve one table. We appreciated the kindness of Maximiliane and Clara, thanks for good service and for doing the best. The room had a lot of issues, radio that would start to make noise in the middle of the night. Room was so dark i had to use my phone light in order to see something. I got amenities including the welcome card from previous guests… i didnt want to touch the cake as didnt know if its from week before from previous guest. Something you dont expect to get when there are only 13 rooms at hotel the mix up cant happen. Overall if you want privacy its a great place also super affordable but if you want luxury look somewhere else

Un immense merci au restaurant Mont-Blanc pour la qualité irréprochable de son service. Le ma?tre d’h?tel se distingue par un professionnalisme rare, un accueil d’une grande courtoisie et des recommandations particulièrement pertinentes. Le service, rapide et parfaitement exécuté, reflète la passion et le dévouement de toute l’équipe. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Thank You very much for the upgrade to a fantastic Junior Suite Atlas We have enoug space, jacuzzi and big terrace. We were Lucky with the sunny weather and enjoyed a lot in the pool. Big thanks to Malven, he was very friendly .

Superbe h?tel luxueux. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et reposant dans ce super h?tel . L’accueil est impeccable et sympathique. La literie de la chanvre est très confortable. De plus un restaurant pour les plus exigeants avec une vue panoramique nous a fait passer un agréable repas . La carte des vins et magnifiques.

My 4th stay in awesome LeCrans Hotel & Spa. This time, I was staying in room 201 and enjoyed the 7 courses dinner in the 1 Star Michelin restaurant LeMontBlanc. I had the chance to be almost alone at all times in the spa, pools, sauna and hammam, this is a great time and opportunity to relax fully your body and brain. As always, great staff, great services, great view and great food. I'll be back !

Endroit charmant, au calme mais proche du centre. L'h?tel est posé dans un écrin de verdure. L'accueil et le personnel du restaurant sont très agréables et très attentionnés, juste comme il faut. La piscine extérieures au top. La salle du restaurant surplombant la vallée du Rhone est unique. La cuisine est à la "hauteur" également, notamment les desserts et patisseries. Chambres supérieures avec beaucoup de charme et de confort. Ne loupez pas les sucreries dans le lobby !

de toutes beauté face a l'acceuil très sympa l'hotel un vrai paradis sur terre sans oublier la chambre propre grande avec une jolie terasse très sympa pour recevoir le matin le dejeuner qui lui est très gourmand aussi face aux spa avec les 3 bassins jai bcp moins aimer le jacuzzi sinon c'est vraiment un plus est qui fait plaisir a essayer sans oublier le restaurant gastronomique avec une belle vue sur la vallée & les montagnes repas avec pleines de surprises de gourmandises bcp moins fan du dessert mais ce fut vraiment sympa je reviendrais les yeux fermer c'est un de meilleurs hotel que jai pu tester en 8ans merci le crans pour votre belle endroit

Nous avons fêté notre anniversaire de mariage dans ce magnifique petit h?tel perché dans la nature avec un calme et une privacité exceptionnelle. Le personnel était au top et nous avons été surclassé. L’aventure culinaire avec ses vins étaient inoubliable. Merci au sommelier et à Emanuel pour le service sans fausse note. Finalement, nous conseillons vivement ce petit paradis. Merci encore à tout le personnel pour l’accueil et les attentions pour notre anniversaire.

L’h?tel est parfait. Le seul hic est que le restaurant gastronomique n’accepte plus les chiens pour le d?ner. Dès lors, nous sommes allés manger dans d’autres restaurants de la station où les chiens sont autorisés à suivre leurs ma?tres au restaurant. Nous ne retournerons certainement plus dans cet h?tel à cause de cela et c’est dommage car nous étions habitués à cet endroit magnifique…
