Guest：Nice and comfortable resort; beautiful beach; first time experience hot sand bath in the hotel. Really enjoy. We are very lucky to have a passionate Taiwan trainee at the reception to help us going around the resort as we don't speak any Japanese. The breakfast buffet is delicious with many choice. Definitely would like to visit again and spend more days there next trip: 2023-12-01

Guest：Awesome hot spring and service, even includes waiter speaks Chinese and English. The hotel is a bit aged, but with everything you need and the sand bath is highly recommend for people haven’t tried it before. The Satsuma museum locates within the hotel area is also worth for visit if you want to spend some free time around the area: 2024-04-01

Guest：great place to stay in Ibusuki!, It's a big resort with onsen, large public bath area, swimming pool, and many restaurants. the hotel staff is very nice, there are a few cantonese speaking staff in the hotel, who are extremely helpful! the hotel sandbath needs an extra pay, but it's worth the convenience. recommended for family for a relaxing trip: 2024-08-01
