  • Guest：第一次来成都 先是住在宽窄巷子那里的一家酒店 第二天早上打车去双流机场 由于路上堵车导致没有赶上飞机 当时就在机场订了这个酒店 他们??接送车 司机师傅很热情一会就来了 酒店房间乾净，房价也很便宜；周边也有很多小吃 味道也都很好比宽窄巷子便宜很多。
  • Guest：这个房间是代人定的定的雅致，办理入住时前台告诉我房间有个机麻，我説可以不要机麻的吗，説没有了，想想就算了没説什么，第二天续住也没有换房间，想着再续一晚去前台没人留了张纸条説有事打电话，我就打电话説按之前定的续房间还可以吗，她説的可以，我説可以不换房间吗难得搬东西，想着他们也难得打扫，她説可以，説第二天前台转，她説好的，第二天去交钱续房告知续不了别人结婚已经定完了，要住得加200。我説我不住机麻房间住雅致双床房他们説没有了，要我们定两个单间，态度及其差，我在上班打电话过去没有道歉，只有推卸责任説没交定金就是没定，我説有录音而且都答应了不同意我可以定其它房间呀，反正就一直叽叽哇哇。后面一个小姐姐才道歉説要住就加2钱不住就退房。都快气死了我就説退房想着多一事不如少一事，晚上好家伙，平台双床房有房，真挺恶心的，无语了，重来不差评的，晚上看到平台有双床房，真的气安逸了。
  • Guest：从办理入住到停好车用了50分钟，没人带车停，开着车子在地下车库转半天，好心给前台大妈建议安排个人带车，她还态度恶劣的説哪家酒店都不可能专门安排人带车，也是无语了
  • Guest：过来出差随便订了一家酒店，没想到非常不错，前台小姐姐很热情，酒店位置很方便，楼下很多好吃的。
