check in staff on 2nd nov 2025 was extremely rude, despite us stating we were accor guests. they were snobbish and treated us poorly. she highlighted that we booked our trip via a third party agent. we been to other accor hotels around the world previously. this was the worst encounter for check in. the check out staff on 4th nov 2025 who attended us was really nice and helped us with the booking of a airport transfer as it was early morning 5am.
