One of receptionists bruna help me lots off … I’m new in city so she suggests me everything thanks a lot …

There were spider webs and a spider in the corner beside the desk, and even after I informed the front desk, no action was taken.
Apart from that, the overall stay was satisfactory the location is convenient, with both a bus stop and a metro station right downstairs.
The breakfast area is small but offers a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money.

Very nice hotel. Very nice location. The only but is that the air conditioning is centralized. Went in the middle of the winter so the program was heating. Not ideal for a person who likes to sleep super cold. Other than that, stay was very nice, it’s near metro station and the bus stop. Very very convenient.

Nice place close to metro and bus stops. ?Nice joy complaint is the room size and closeness of the twin beds.

The room is spacey and clean, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and able to help out with our stay. The hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attraction but there is an underground station nearby which is very convenient.

Large clean modern room, staff were always super friendly and seemed to be there consistently until late at night. Was a bit out of the centre but a 1-2 min walk from the bus stop and metro which get you into the centre in about 15 and 6 mins respectively.
Free sweets and flavoured water by the front desk to take as you please.
