We had a lovely stay at Hotel Turist in Varazdin, which was super clean and comfortable. Everyone was very helpful, particularly Darko who served us our evening meal. I volunteered in a refugee camp in Varazdin in 1998 and have always wanted to return. Darko was very knowledgeable about the area and also the local wine. If we ever return to Varazdin we will certainly stay at hotel Turist. Thank you. Gill & Graeme Leech
Lovely hotel in Varazdin
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. We booked a suite, which was spacious and very modern and clean. The hotel itself holds a very high standard and has a luxury feel to it.
Breakfast was a bit lacking compared to the rest of the hotel.
Overall the hotel gave a good value for your money.
Free parking outside was easy accessible. However during peak seasons the parking will probable already be full if you arrive too late.

Stayed here for one night. My wife and I took my elderly father to Varazdin and pick this hotel for the value. Aside from the great location, the hotel has a very attractive fit out having been recently refurbished. We stayed in a family room and I was so surprised with the layout. It was great, a seperate room for my father. The staff were so friendly and helpful. With breakfast included in the price it only further enhanced the value…but, the most amazing spa experience was available free to guests. Highly recommend it.
